We are used to stop on our way and shop in this store. After todays experience I am really disappointed. I do not know I will come back and spend any money there anymore. Yong guys working at the counter are more focused on young women than on their job and absolutely not family friendly. I would say even arrogant a little bit to customers. I understand that preparing sandwiches for kids and their parents is not as exciting as for young girls, but we are human being too and pay the same money as other people. I do not know maybe put an order by phone can help as they strongly suggested, but what with atmosphere I used to enjoy in public places? I would recommend hiring more experienced sale assistant. I hope that todays incident was only one in this deli and this place will still keep unique spirit and serve equally to everyone. I wish it to myself and to them.

The wait was very long but thats understandable. They ran out of tomatos which was strange. Then they gave us the wrong order. Apparently they dont label any of their sandwiches. We got home and opened our sandwiches to see the completely wrong order even though when they handed us the order they listed what we ordered. Great job neon deli.

Very slow service, and the woman who works in the morning acts like you are interrupting her life by ordering a sandwich. I have never felt more unwelcome at a sandwich shop/deli before. When I was younger, this place was awesome... I dont know what happened, but they need a personnel change.

Friendly owners, great selection of really good tasting sandwiches. They also have some really good hearty breakfast sandwiches as well ( as well as some healthy snacks). They make everything fresh in front of you, so it might take a few minutes if you order something hot.

Lovely little place by Wesleyan, its a little cramped but I love the people who work there and the randomly named sandwiches as well as the classics with some modified ingredients. I wish I had the time to try them all.

Looks run down or whatnot.... But damn can they make sandwiches... For each size up u get another stack of meat.. Syeak n cheese or turkey for me all day.. And they have some stuff u cant find anywere but nyc
