I called in an order and took me 15 minutes just to get the women to look at me when she did she reached out her hand for the gentleman standing behind me so he could take care of his check and continued to ignore me until I asked why she hadnt let me pay out, she claimed one of her co-workers was making the bill out and I had to wait. Not a person to ever play the race card and work in this town and have never had a problem at any other establishment, but if I went a black male would I have been treated differently here. Unfortunately will not return, though food was above average.

Honestly this is the best breakfast place I have ever been too in my life. Its small and family run which makes it feel homey and nice. Your treated as a guest and they take care of you at the restaurant. The staff are absolutely amazing and the food it out of this world good. I highly recommend eating here if you have the chance.

cutest little diner in Fairfield County. They over-decorate for major holidays which makes it a fun and interesting atmosphere. Portions are smaller than most diners, but the quality of the food and atmosphere make up for it. If you are on I-95 and need some quick good food, get off in Darien and stop for a great bite to eat!

It was a bit crowded when I went around Sunday brunch time, but we still recieved friendly and timely service. Its a cozy little place located right on a corner. You can park on the street or use a public parking lot just a few hundred feet down the road.

Classic diner. Im a born-and-raised city boy, so this place isnt quite your typical city diner, but its pretty close. Very friendly staff and solid food. Definitely would go again next time Im in Darien.
