A sanctuary in Cromwell. So many pizza place are run down or massive. Barbs is that goldilocks that is local. A beautiful, SPOTLESS, dining room, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The back of house is the same, not kitchen equipment that hasnt been cleaned in thirty years, but shiny clean equipment that is treated with care. The food matches their presentation. Excellent pizza that is almost too good! Salads that are fresh made to order, and the cookie bars... Im not always around that area, but when I am this is the pizza to get!

First time trying here. We ordered take out...pizza arrived when the delivery person handed me the box it was bent in the middle almost making the box drop...bringing the pizza inside I opened the box to see the top of the pozza had been mushed into the top of the box?? Pizza was also was cold...didnt care for what was left of the mushed pizza I persinally found it bland ...I wont most likely wont be back..bottom of the pizza was burnt

Very disappointed. SLOW AND EXPENSIVE Although i will say the pizza is Great. It dose not make up for the fact that i have called in 2 times and BOTH took well over an hour. And call me crazy but a small cheese pizza and a grinder should not amount to $21.50 Its too bad. If the price was lower in sure it would be a town favorite. DELIVERY GUY WAS GREAT.

Worst customer service i have ever encountered.1 1/2 hour for delivery and the food is cold and bring it back and get laughed at because they made the mistake.never again.if you want poor service and cold food and to be treated poorly go ahead and go there.I will take my business else ware.save your time and money on this place...STAY AWAY

Learned about Ken & Barbs pizza thru an advertisement left on my front door. What captured my eye was "stone pie" wow, that has to be good. Ordered for delivery, the wait time was for 45 minutes, it took longer. And then the pizza was over cooked. That suck, hard like cardboard. I was really looking forward to some good pizza.

They have a chicken parm grinder made with roasted chicken instead of a breaded cutlet. It was delicious! I like that they offer a choice for those of us looking to get away from the carbs and fat. (They have the breaded one, too.)

Fresh and clean restaurant and very friendly and courteous staff. The pizza was fantastic! The sauce was delicious, and the crust was thin and crunchy....just the way we like it! This is our new go to place for pizza!
