This is absolutey the best combo coffee shop/bakery in Pueblo. The owners are fantastic, personable and they take a sincere interest in their customers. I have recommended this quaint, fabulous place to myriads of people who echo my accolades and praises. The Kalada brand coffee from Denver... is the very best I have tasted to date, and the pastries, both regular and gluten-free are over the top delicious. In addition, the breakfast and lunch options are broadly diverse with something to appease even the most discriminating appetite. Not seeing anything like it on the menu, I even requested an egg-veggie sandwich early on since I dont eat chees or much meat and they actually put it on their menu. So if you havent made it to Gypsy Java yet, do yourself a favor and run, dont walk, there soon... You and your sensory tastes buds will thank you as you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that permeates this great environment.

The art of coffee is serious business at Mesa Junction and Gypsy Javas presents a variety of coffees and teas of excellence to those in pursuit of perfection. The interior of the shoppe offers window seats with sidewalk views and a magical floating living pad in the rear which is ideal for the chronic learner and for those that need a bit more intimacy with family and friends. When the weather outside is fine you will find the coffees and teas exiting the front door and enjoying an open air experience. And if you should find yourself slightly famished, delicious morsels abound. GH

My husband and I went here for the first time this weekend and loved it! The espresso is delicious, nothing is too sweet, and the lunches are wonderful! The portions are huge and reasonably priced. We felt really comfortable in the shop and loved the atmosphere. The baristas are also really helpful and friendly! This will definitely become a regular weekend place for us.

I originally came for a cinnamon roll which they were out of so I chose a death by chocolate gluten free cookie. It was really good and actually too much for me to finish. I also ordered a iced chai which was a little too strong for me but delish. The best part I feel is there is a safe area for my tot to play with toys away from other customers.

Gypsy Javas is a smash hit in Pueblo with aesthetics, atmosphere, attitude, and food and drink that are top notch. One of my favorite places to bring out of the region visitors, or dates. It may not have a long business record but let their service speak for themselves. This is a wonderfully cozy coffee shop

Cozy coffee spot tucked in the edge of downtown. It has a beautiful bohemian atmosphere, quick service, breakfast & lunch menus, and a variety of coffee/tea drinks or they can make you what you want. They also make their own pastries, the raspberry short bread and cream cheese croissants are my favorite.

I have come here a handful of times, and honestly have just never been super impressed. The staff seems irritated and stand-off-ish, there is limited seating, the drinks and food are never consistent and not especially good. Cute decor though.

Everything Ive had since they opened last year has been delicious - drinks and food alike. Staff is always very friendly. Aztec cookies are my fav, and the fav of many others as you can tell from the empty case if you go later in the day.

I have only been here a couple times, but the coffee has been pretty great both times. I had a sandwich served on a bagel that was both delicious and unusual. It has a chill comfortable atmosphere and the employees were friendly.
