Came off the interstate and wanted to get food but realized it was ice cream only, no big deal. Ordered a small vanilla cone. There were two cars in front of me and it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. And once I came to the window the employee gave me an ice cream cone and the ice cream was hard, not soft like soft served. Then ran my card and walked away from the window. From start to finish it took 20 minutes to get an ice cream cone. I was disappointed. Im not sure if they didnt have staff today, if the staff working was new or if this is just how that location runs.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Went to the drive through at 9 pm, sat there for 10 minutes with two cars behind me. Waited and waited. Nobody came on the intercom thing. Drove up to thw window and their window was locked and the blinds were down but out the front window an employee was looking at us. Once i left, i called the store and they said they were open until 10 pm. If there is still an hour until close why the hell are you ignoring paying customers. Never returning

I ordered a strawberry banana shake got a smoothie. Ordered a cappuccino moolatte got a mocha this is the second time they get my order wrong i even asked the lady before hand if what she gave me was a cappuccino cause it clearly didnt look like it she lied to me and told me it was. I dont like chocolate and I dont appreciate being lied to when Im paying you for what i ordered.

Lazy staff who seem bothered by customers continually bothering them trying to give them money. I watched them turn away a customer because his order needed to be hand made and was too hard for the staff to bother with. Not a lot of options in town so people put up with poor service.

Maybe my favorite DQ. Just a nice outdoor seating only shop. Simple. Just saw Spider Man Homecoming. Thought about Zendaya giving Peter Parker the bird. I laughed so hard that my ice cream shot out my nose and all over my daughter. Ouch and gross.

This place have not only the simple window for the orders, but drive through too. It is really comfortable. All products tastes great and the prices are normal.
