I bought a Groupon for this business for a tune-up which included replacing the spark plugs. On the Groupon, it stated that it would be an additional $10 for V6 engines; that was no problem. I made an appointment for the tune-up and my boyfriend took my car in. First, the customer service representative told my boyfriend it would take 3 hours to replace the spark plugs. He then backtracked when my boyfriend looked up the service specs for spark plug replacement (listed as taking 1.5 hours). The customer service representative then stated that this service would normally cost $300, and we were only paying $40. Multiple times, he attempted to convince my boyfriend to add additional services to the order to "help them out." The customer service representative was not happy with my boyfriends response that we did not want any additional work, so he called me and told me the same story. In addition, he attempted to get me to reconsider using the Groupon, saying that my spark plugs probably did not need to be replaced. I told him to go ahead with the service that I had already paid for. A couple of hours later, he called me back and had several additional services that my car needed. I declined to have them complete the work, after my experience, I do not trust this business. A business should not offer discounts such as Groupons if they are not willing to do the service for the lower (prepaid) price.

So on the surface you are greeted with smiles, low prices, and coffee; seemingly great customer service... Guess again; like most places these guys are crooks and cheats. Payed almost around $170 for a premium synthetic oil change including air filter and tire rotation. I dont know how to check the tires myself so for all i know those could be good. HOWEVER... I took my impreza into a subaru dealership to have some other work done only a month after and they were alarmed by how dangerously dirty my oil and air filter was. Said i was close to possibly causing damage to my car, appears to have not bee changed in over a year. So to cut to the chase, these crooks a lube and latte took my money, and at risk to my hard earned automobile, did NOT change my oil and did NOT even give me a new air filter. Posting on here first and next is the B.B.B Do not go here or if you do instantly check their work before you leave the grounds. You have been warned. Im sure some employee will get on here and be all "sorry for your experience but blah blah i wanna try to blame you somehow, im sure we could fix it now that we were caught red handed" Too little to late if thats the case. a crook is a crook even if he tries to correct it after the fact.

I have gone here thre times and I am less than impressed. Each time I have to take my truck some where else to fix something else that broke right after my visit. I dont think they are trying to create business, they are just careless. They fixed my wheel one day, and when I went out into the snow the following day, the wheel locked and sent me into a spin on the highway. I repeated this problem, proving that they never even test drive the truck. When I brought it back for repair, Josh the mechanic actually THREW the key on the counter and stormed out like a cry baby after rotating the tires. I still cant even get the hood to open from the last oil change there. They stopped giving a care and it shows.

We have been taking our cars here for years. We know we can trust them to fix what is wrong and not some other "additional problems". When it comes time for major work, this is the shop we trust. We have done multiple timing bets, brakes, suspensions, a new clutch and more. On the few times we had issues (clutch felt too tight, for instance), things were straightened out right away. Dustin has also been a great help in better understanding our cars. Our multiple discussions has shown me he really cares about the long term care of his customers cars. This guy actually wants to help you drive a car that DOESNT break down!

I used to use Lube and Latte as my backup mechanic until the primary one left town. After several experiences with Lube and Lattes professionalism, honesty, fair prices, friendly and informative customer service attitude and fast service, I refuse to go anywhere else again. Its fantastic to get coffeehouse quality beverages and snacks while you wait in the little cafe, but thats just the frosting. You want these folks to fix your vehicle. Once youve been to Lube and Latte and seen how they treat their customers and how good they are at what they do, you wont want another mechanic either. Lube and Latte is IT.

My favorite thing about this shop is their appointments. I have to call in advance because they are always full but when they get me in, it takes 30 minutes for my oil change every time and I am on my way! They have decent chai tea and an assortment of Costco muffins, which is a plus. I dont know much about cars but they always answer my stupid questions and take a lot of time to make sure I understand what is going on. The few times I have called last second for something important they squeeze me in! The shop is clean and pleasant and I always go there for my car needs!

This was my 1st visit. He was honest, thorough with explanation, reviewed mileage recs for my maintenance with me (I had already read them, so I know he was truthful). Estimate was provided before work. Employees were professional and kind. Work was done in a timely manner, and the price was was reasonable. I will definitely return. (And the latte was actually great). I wish they had a car wash service, and I would spring for that occasionally.

I cannot say enough about this place, so glad they moved into our neighborhood. So far, they helped with our older van, checking it our before a road trip, they changed the breaks on an old subaru that my son saved his $ to have this done and they were reasonable about the cost and today I am handing them our old vintage Caddy for a new radiator. All reasonably priced and no problems on any of the work we have brought by. Thank you!

First impression walking in was that I had stumbled into the wrong store. It was just like any ordinary coffee shop. I even asked Dustin where the mechanic shop was. It is a very welcoming and warm feeling business. I had no appointment but they managed to squeeze me in. While I waited I indulged in an espresso drink that I got for free with my particular maintenance! I think this is my new mechanic.

My boyfriend and started taking our cars there years ago based on a good friends recommendation. This friend has taken his cars there for years. We do too now, even though they are not close to our house. They are honest, weve brought our cars into for things and left with no charges. Ive had a car towed in there and they always do their best to accommodate me quickly, many times same day.

I had gone to Lube and Latte and another nearby shop to get an estimate for the repairs my car needed. Lube and Lattes estimate was about $800 less. They had also been recommended to me.They were very friendly and were nice enough to do both cv joints when I had only paid for the one that needed repair the most! I will definitely return to this shop for any future repairs!
