Ive been to this subway 3 times since its opened, its right in between my office and my home. Every time Ive gone, the bread has been TOTALLY STALE. The first time it was Italian herbs + cheese, and the whole sub was rock hard. I literally had to pick my food out from the sub with a fork because the bread was that bad! The second time, I went for breakfast. Seemed safe because they make their bread in the morning, but WRONG. I got a flatbread sandwich and it must have been at least a day old because it was also inedible. I didnt even toast the sandwich, it was just that hard. The third (and last) time was just now. A coworker picked us up sandwiches, and the whole right side of my footlong is inedibly stale. I dont know what these idiots are doing, the bread costs them 10 cents and theyre so cheap they are serving day old stale bread. DO NOT GO HERE, it is worth the trek up 104th to the other subway.

Awful customer service. Not that I expect superior customer service at a Subway; however, some polite and professional customer service would be a start. They dont say hello and instead look at you waiting for you to order. They make you feel like youre a huge inconvenience to them and what a chore it is to have to make another sandwich. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. I will never return to this location again, or any Subway for that matter. Pretty much over the Subway experience. Id rather spend my money somewhere else with a staff thats welcoming and friendly. I think Subway needs to reevaluate their standards for customer service.

I dont understand why they say they are open until 10pm. The employees dont care to complain in front of customers about them being open until 10 where all the Brighton ones are open until 9. They might as well close at 9 because if you go in after 9 you will get all sorts of looks on inconvenience as the employees already have everything broken down. Every single time, the veggies and dressings are put away and they offer only a fraction of their menu based on what they have left. Its a freakin sub shop. Go to the back and grab the presliced deli meats, is it really that hard?

I have had unusually good service and food at this Subway. I generally avoid Subway because the way they franchise does not guarantee a good experience, but this used to be the only option other than McDonalds in the area. I have had numerous better than average experiences here and many many more experiences which meet expectations. I expect food to be fresh, lines to move fast, and the people to be friendly. This particular subway has managed to live up to those expectations every time I have been in.

Went in at 9:40 pm, I got sneers and exhausted looks from the girls behind the counter. I wasnt able to order the sub I wanted because everything was taken down. She said there was nothing she could do if I didnt want turkey. I left empty handed. Why would you advertise that youre open until 10pm but only actually serve people until 9?

Very unpleasant experience, but nothing wrong with the food. The employee working was very rude and clearly felt like she had more important things to do then make our sandwiches, rushing us to choose the toppings. We were the only customers in line which made this unnecessary.

Poor service and possibly the worst constructed sandwich. My wife asked for a little mayo and her sandwich was drown in it. You could not hold it without vegetables falling out all of the sides.

Food is good. Staff was ok. It seemed dirty (the floors) when we walked in. I pulled a package of apples from their chip display. I was the only customer there, but felt like an inconvenience.
