This store refused to accept a valid return of merchandise, for which I had a receipt. I was told by Starbucks customer service that this store had to accept the return and refund my purchase, but the store manager still refused to comply with his own companies directives. His reasoning? His store didnt carry that item. I have worked retail from pushing carts to managing big box stores, and I KNOW he could have accepted the return. Very sad state of affairs here at this location, and I will not be going back to any Starbucks because of this. I will also advise my friends and family of this and see if they may join me in this impromptu boycott. Shame on you Starbucks, and to the store manager at that location, I hope someone from corporate corrects you on this behavior.

LOVE these baristas! I go here for the people...both customers and employees. It is a welcoming, inviting and relaxed environment. I dont need to sell you on Starbucks...if you havent tried it you must have been off the grid. There is cheaper coffee, maybe better, but the company I find there cannot be valued!

I stopped by here on the way back from the airport and the service was the best that I have ever had at any Starbucks! The environment is very friendly. The barista (I think her name was Jordan) was so sweet, kind and helpful! They all provided us with service that is hard to find!
