I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively because I feel they do have potential. The first time I came here food was great. The second time unfortunately I was disappointed. Could be that I got a different dish, but its very hard to mess up tacos. I had the steak tacos, and honestly have had better steak tacos at Taco Bell. The meet was slightly burnt and not very lean with several chunks of fat. Im one who doesnt mind fat, or charred meat. It adds flavor in my opinion but this meat was bottom of the barrel/pan grease scraped onto a taco. Almost as if they ran out of meat and tried to salvage what they had over four corn tortillas and hide it under a large slice of avocado. The avocado was delicious. My plate came with two small plates of salsa on it. I dont know who needs that much salsa for 4 tacos but my guess is that they were trying to hide the meat. I still ate it because I was starving. Im willing to give this place a 2nd chance on another dish. At this point based on experience steak tacos are not their specialty. The owners are awesome. I will always support family establishments but I was sadly disappointed. Also Im put off a little by carpet in a restaurant. Especially because it needs maintenance and vacuuming. I think as a consumer the cleanliness and esthetics of the restaurant represents how they run the kitchen. Its no always the case but based on my experience today I concur that this theory applies. I hope to write a future review of how great this place is. Thank you! P.s. My moms only complaint was that her tortillas were cold. She doesnt mind the food. She would like me to add that they have great service.

This little "hole in the wall" is really a hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant! I absolutely love the menu because its only a couple of pages, unlike other Mexican restaurants that hand you a huge book-like menu with too many options. Prices are closer to those of fast food places like Qdoba or Chipotle, with portions being equal to other sit-down Mexican restaurants with table service...great value for your money! This is our new favorite place for Mexican food.

La Cascada Mexican Restaurant is a warm place. The restaurant is family owned and operated. I have had their pozole which happens to be very good. The service is always good here, and you hardly have to wait to find somewhere to sit and eat. I highly recommend coming here for some delicious food and great service.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and let me tell you, these people DO NOT know how to roll a buritto, i got big brick of crap, no flavor at all what so ever, the bacon was soggy, the tortilla was soggy, i do not recommend this place!

These people consistently added on items like soft drinks without telling us that they dont serve free refills. The wait staff avoided us like we were diseased and would stand 5 to 7 feet away when trying to talk to us

Great authentic Mexican food at an affordable price. I come here regularly for lunch and leave stuffed every time. Its much better than paying for overpriced "gourmet" tacos at some chic restaurant.

Great food. Made the mistake of going on a holiday and not enough staff so very slow service. They were out of the entre I wanted and it took forever for them to let me know so I could reorder.
