This is not an authentic French bakery. It is simply an Asian-influenced shop to match the Asian-influenced area its in. We walked in and 3 people behind the counter looked at us and kept working. After 8 minutes of standing there without being acknowledged, we flagged one person down who smiled and held a finger up as if hed be with us in a minute, then disappeared to the kitchen. A woman making boba tea finally finished making two, fanned us out the way to give the teas to the people who ordered. She looked at us and said "wait." Then preceded to begin making more teas. We only wanted to buy a cheese croissant, and that wouldve taken less than 2 minutes to grab out the case and swipe our card so we could leave, but no. Instead, it seemed more productive to her to keep making teas that take about 10 minutes to make. After standing there for 15 minutes with no one batting an eye our way, we left. Clearly dont want/need our business. As someone whos been to Paris, I think they actually saved us the money and disappointment from whatever they were attempting to replicate.

Terrible service! I ordered a cake from here for Chinese New Years and when I went to pick it up they didnt know where they put it! Worse part was, they thought I didnt understand chinese and decided to belittle me in front of my face! Rude, arrogant, and disorganized! Never planning to order from here again!

If youre taking a phone order you should still acknowledge the people who come in. It is also rude to ignore people waiting for service to serve people who came in later. We wont be back.

Call to order a cake and they said we didnt need to because theyd have plenty there. They didnt of course which ruined my birthday

We love this bakery. We were sad that they moved from Englewood to Denver but we will still drive to get the delicious cakes.
