The pineapple was off. I couldnt eat it :( after paying over ten dollars for two small ice cream cups, I was disappointed that the pineapple was bad and I had to waste mine. Im sure its okay I just felt sick after.

We go to this cold stone all the time. Sometimes we even get a song out of the kids dishing out the ice cream. If it is busy it make take a few minutes to get your ice cream, but its well worth the wait.

Bad customer service. Complained about skimpy toppings got blown off. All these locations have lame managers. Get Starbucks instead. They dont have a problem fixing a mistake.
