Very unhappy all around with this Pizza Guys. Sent an order online for delivery and received the normal 30-45 minute wait time. After an hour, I called to check on the status of the order, they immediately put me on hold and after 5:33 of holding, they hung up on me. I called back and when I was asked if I could be put on hold, I said no you may not, I was just on hold for over 5 minutes to be hung up on. I need to check on my order as its been over an hour. I was obviously inconveniencing him by asking him to do a quick check on where my order was. He was short, rude and passed me on to someone else. The next employee said What do you need when she picked up the phone. I explained to her what was going on and asked her if she could check on the status on my order. All she could say was the order would be out and they are busy as was she, and again it is very clear I am inconveniencing them by expecting them to perform their job. No apologies, absolutely zero customer service skills or not a clue how to speak to a customer. I am understanding that it may have been busy which is not a problem but I refuse to give any money to someone who acts like a child while at their place of employment. I cancelled my order then and another 30 minutes later, the delivery showed up. Not one person even called to let the delivery driver to not make this stop....after 30 MINUTES. Im a fan of Pizza Guys but I will never again support this particular one.

This establishment is a joke, if I could rate it a zero I would!! the last time I ordered a pizza I requested them to call me for the deliver upon arrive. They always mistake me for a gentlemen named Alex with a COMPLETELY different number. So they gave me a free pizza and chicken wings which was great. So I give them another chance and they fumble the ball again. They confused me again for Alex and quoted me a hour for delivery which is fine. So I waited an hour and called to see my progress and they HAVENT EVEN MADE THE DAMN PIZZA!!! Then proceed to tell me there short staffed as if thats MY problem! Overall Im never having Pizza guys again. Delivery guy was a polite young man however.

Our favorite pizza in Woodland. Weve been getting our pizza here for years and it is consistently high quality, consistently ready on time, consistently good service in the store. A very good value for feeding a family if youre not feeling like cooking. They dont skimp on toppings like many budget pizza places and dont need to get overly creative with the pies to sell them. Their Pizza Guys Combo and Sriracha pizza are our favorites. Strongly recommend.

We recently took a trip to Woodland CA with our High School Baseball team from out of state and were treated excellent by the management and employees from Pizza Guys in Woodland, CA. We called and ordered a bunch of pizza and drinks to feed the hungry team and the large order was delivered to our hotel it was a great deal and was delivered fast and the order was correct! Great Pizza Great Deal! we will use Pizza Guys again next time we are in Woodland, CA!

I love Pizza Guys Woodland! They are always polite and friendly; the service is fast and the pizza and wings are delicious! Whether you pick it up, or have it delivered - the time estimate they give you is always accurate! I ♥ the Creamy Pesto Chicken Pizza! And their cheesy garlic bread is positively addictive.
