Maybe its unfair to publish a single star review after only sampling their menu the one time, but thats just how disappointed and frustrated I was with my order of a very simple cheese pizza. I dont know what it is in the pizza, but something in the cheese or sauce tasted exceptionally bitter and astringent. Of far less concern, but disappointing nonetheless was that the cheese was essentially burned onto the dough, so it was ultimately rather tough and chewy. I ordered a large, and after pushing through two slices ended up tossing out the whole thing. The chemical/medicine taste was just too much. If a pizza place cant make a sufficiently tasty cheese pizza, Im wary of spending money on the more expensive and complex options.

Ok, Im not one to write reviews, but I do love reading reviews to help form a decision so Ive decided I would write one. I had a team event that I needed to order pizza for, I was going out on a limb and ordered Palermo. The whole experience was pleasant, including Ana, who took my order, the delivery guy was a joy, the price was not bad at all and of course the pizza. Some of my team members told me it was some of the best pizza theyve ever had. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone. :)

I have a friend who was in the hospital and desperately needed "real" food. I ordered delivery online with special instructions on where/who to deliver it to, and they came through. My friend LOVED the pizza and I love the fact that they were able to get it to the nurses station so she could finally have a decent meal. There was no option online to tip, but next time Im up in Seattle, theyll be receiving a generous tip from me. Thanks so much for fantastic pizza and service!

Extremely welcoming and friendly! I ordered a takeout gluten free pizza (the antipasti) and was elated to find that they have gf crust larger than a 10" small! If youre gf you know this is a big deal. The pizza itself was very good; the artichoke hearts had a nice texture and the pesto was delicious. It was a warm day and they offered me a glass of water to drink while I waited. All around great place!

It was Wednesday night, not busy ..5 guys 2 order soup.. Which came quickly. One app came 25 minutes after order. .it was like 35 minutes i needed to leave. So i dont even know how long it took my buddies to receive their orders... I hope not too long.. not likely to go again.. Especially if service is going to be slow on a not so busy evening.

Amaaaazing Pizza!! The BBQ chicken pizza is THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!! Moreover, their pasta dishes are phenomenal! From the cannelloni and manicotti to the tortelacci to the crab stuffed raviolis....Palermos preps their pasta to perfection! Great waiting and delivery staff, this Italian restaurant is more than worth their great prices.

Fantastic customer service from the get go. I rang to see about catering for a party, and to inquire about the discounts on the website, and the gentleman was so helpful and helped me to get the best deal! The pizzas were delivered hot, and even the delivery man was lovely. All around excellent service and price.

Great pizza. Expensive for Seattle, but it tastes great so we put up and shut up. I refuse to eat in anymore, though. The wait is RIDICULOUS. ALL THE TIME. And no reservations, obviously. But they do carryout and deliver to my house (double yay). All the pizza fun, none of the 2 hour annoying wait.

Palermos is literally my favorite restaurant. I eat here or have food delivered at least once a week. The people here are incredible, the owners are the nicest people, their servers and delivery guys always take care of you and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!!!

A whole sandwich with a side salad is at least two meals! Everything here is great, Southern Italian (Palermo is a village in Sicily) cuisine, with fantastic hospitality. Ive had slow service on occasion here, but it was still very heartfelt and welcoming. Love it.

I come here frequently from the eastside. The food is amazing and the waitstaff are perfect. Everything Ive ordered here has exceeded my expectations. This last visit they gave us a ridiculous chocolate cake on the house. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

Excellent pizza! Im from Chicago and know my pizza. This was some of the best pizza Ive ever had. The ingrediants in the salad were nice and fresh, as they should be. The place was clean and the service was excellent. Will definately come back there.

The pizza is pretty good. The crust has a good chew without being too hard. So far weve never had one undercooked or burned. The price is really reasonable. The gnocchi with meat sauce was enough for a filling dinner AND a filling lunch the next day.

Best gluten-free pizza Ive ever had! Friendly and attentive servers. Inexpensive. The gluten-free pasta isnt great, though, and all creamy sauces contain gluten, which unnecessarily limits options. Still my favorite pizza place on CapHill.

I ordered the Classico Meat pizza(medium) with white sauce and extra onions. OMFG THAT WAS AWESOME PIZZA. VERY polite staff with big smiles. Large selection of wine. I will be a constant customer when I am in the area.

Try the middle eastern pizza. Loaded with gyro meats, its awesome. Only issue I have is that their pizza tends to be hard to eat the typical way so be sure to grab a fork unless u dont mind marking a mess.

Wide range of options with reasonable prices. You can go fancy or not fancy. I had pesto linguine with zucchini and chicken and ate every last bite which is rare for me.

Took over an hour to deliver and was the worst gyro I have ever had. Sloppily made and the meat was way undercooked. Super dissapointing because their calzones are so good.

I got the Linguini al Pesto. It was okay. Lacked seasoning/flavor. Pasta was cooked too long, had no bite. Probably wouldnt come back. Service was good.
