Update: dropping to two stars after a bad experience. In my pictures youll see a pizza with a bbq sauce swirl and a couple big air bubbles hidden. I thought it should not have been served after losing the toppings but would have eaten it anyway, until my wife pulled on something and there was a huge HAIR! Like 8"+ or longer. The food prep staff here do not wear hairnets or even hats most the time so check your food. My wife took it back to be remade and they did not even offer a refund. Just remade the pizza and gave us a couple 2for1 coupons. Staff said they would bring it out when ready but did not. 20+ minutes later finally got my cold pizza, which did taste ok. I have since gone back anyway during a lunch and did a make my own pizza which tasted very nice. Zero stars as of the hair night. Earned back to two stars after the lunch experience. Needs more attention to get back to top ratings. Staff are NOT performing like they were the opening month. Had dinner here last night for the first time and we really enjoyed it. My wife had a good description for it and said it was like Chipotle but for pizza. I think that was fitting. Anyway its counter order then tables to sit at. Pizza at 6" or 11" at a fixed price and you pick any toppings you want. Big high heat oven going so you quickly got the very thin crust slightly crunchy style pizza which reminded me of Italy but with American style toppings. Wonder if I can bring in prosciutto of my own and ask them to crack an egg on it?

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, fresh ingredients , friendly people and a great atmosphere make this place stand out. Being able to create pizza on the fly and to your specifications is awesome (if any of you have had PizzaRev you know what Im talking about), i got a semi Hawaiian- Canadian bacon with pineapple and cilantro, with tomato and Bell pepper- and it turned out alot better then i thought! The real prize winner, here though, is the garlic bread sticks (which i think they call Mod Sticks), which blew me away with their taste- Im not joking on this, they were deceptively delicious on a whole other level! Would like to see more options available as time goes on (maybe stuffed crust pizza? Chicken wings? {Or even pieces?} ), But i definitely loved this place- and anyone who likes pizza will love it too. Shout out to the people who work here too- very friendly people who make you feel at home (Mod-home?)

Good pizza. Build-your-own format like a Pie-ology... but with good beer. Got the bigger size - it was $9.00 - and was not disappointed. The Berryessa beer was overpriced at $5.50 but at least it was enjoyable. Sudwerk Wheat, Calicraft The City UP A, Blue Note 9Lives IPA, Angry Orchard Crisp Apple and a Yolo Brewing IPA also on tap.

This place is awesome. Went the line seemed long but it moved fast. I got to create my own pizza for myself and the kids and my wife got to create her own salad. Everyone seemed so happy and energetic that worked there. The place was a lot bigger and clean than I thought it would of been. Its a great place to eat pizza and relax.

I like the concept of Mod Pizza, it is like a cross between Subway sandwiches and a pizzeria. I ordered my pizza and received in about 5 or 10 minutes. I ordered a Mini Mod Pepperoni pizza and it was delicious.

What I love about this place is being able to throw a lot of toppings on pizza without it being expensive as well as it generally being very quick to have it cooked. Can easily enjoy lunch here during work.

Awesome pizzas many sizes for the not so hungry to the big appetite. Salids was fresh and crispy. Two men walking around cleaning and asking if everything was fine, impressed me.

This place is great. You pick and choose what you want on your pizza. So many toppings, even anchovies if you want. Crust is really good crispy and soft in spots.
