Ever been to Chuck E Cheese? Well, thats pretty much what this place is. A restaurant employed by nothing but teenagers who couldnt really care at the end of the day how your service is or nor how annoying loud the place is. Ive been here a few times since the opening and unfortunately I havent been back since then. The food is good, of course the wings is what they are known for, but the service isnt. Prolly by far one of the worse ive seen. Does the management even read the reviews of this place? Ive spoken to the manager a couple times and talked about beer (which apparently hes a beer fanatic) and yet still ive not seen a new updated rotation of beers still to this date. But again, lets emphasize on service...its full of kids..and I mean underage kids who just joke around, hide in their football themed booths and gossip away about school and drama. If thats not going on, they are too busy flirting with steroid injected security that doesnt patrol anything but the bathrooms and the girls in the place. The noise is so loud from the amount of music and mostly sports games on all the 300 tvs they have, its almost to impossible to have a normal conversation with anyone youre with. I cant believe how badly I wanted a BWW closer to Whittier and at this point, I wish Nickel Nickle arcade was still in business and this place was never built. Guess im walking down to Rubys instead.

Was there this evening....sat at bar with son. Rachael , our server, was rude and confrontational..ordered a BBQ chicken salad with the sweet BbQ sauce (least hot) on the side, after waiting to be served by Rachel who was rushed and less than friendly....when my food arrived with the wrong dressing on the side, she sighed deeply and then went to kitchen and brought out what she said was the right sauce...i put in on my salad and it was the wrong sauce, i know because my whole body broke out in.a sweat, as I am very sensitive to Capsaicin... when I told Rachel, she said it was the correct sauce and what the kitchen gave her. She then rudely asked what I wanted her to do. She begrudgingly, went to to the kitchen and when I asked to speak to David ( the General Manager. The manager on Duty ( not David came back with sweet BbQ sauce. He went on to defend his server and her rude behaviour. DAVID, if you ever see these reviews, please take a good look at this waitress and your manager on duty this date at 8 P.M.. They are NOT doing you or your place of business any good. Great facilties need great people, of which, neither of these people are... very disappoInting...

well first came in to order to go. which they made me feel very awkward about. they said the happy hour menu is only for dine in. so we decided to stay and eat. the food came out fairly quick although the waitor was trying to push the beers to us. but the loaded potatoes was not appitizing at all and very bland. it was just basically lettuce, cheese crumbles and a few shreds of chicken we sent it back and ordered something else. it took so long to arrive i had already finished my meal. not to mention it was FREEZING. it was way too cold that it made my food cold fast. we were sitting there freezing balls with our thumbs up our butt. the girl waiters were walking around like miss thangs thinking theyre too hot to give us a refill on our waters or to even bother to check if we were ok. definatly not coming back!!

We went here on 07/29/16 - National Wing Day. It was just me and my wife, and we were able to find a two-person table at the bar really quickly (40-minute wait otherwise). The girl who was our server was nice, and the service was a little slow but the house was packed because it was 1/2 price wings all day (boneless & traditional). The server didnt seem too sure on how many wings a "large" order of traditional wings came with. I asked for Hot BBQ, Hot, and a few "Blazin" wings and she brought me out 5 Hot BBQ and 5 Honey BBQ. She then brought me out 5 Hot wings when I let her know about the error. It was OK - but I think a large order is actually supposed to have 20 traditional wings in it, right? Weird. But overall an all right experience.

Like other BWW elsewhere, the service is too slow. Once you pay attention to the waiters and waitresses walking around doing nothing (seems like they are doing nothing) it gets old real quick. This doesnt apply to the bartender. Bartenders are always busy and you know it. On the pros: good beer, sports all over, delicious wings. Hence, 3 stars. Cons: Can I Please Get Some Service, please. Take out is an option, but I dont know if they take orders over the phone. Update 11/4/2016: I said good beer before, but... idk about that anymore. I mean, Ive had my share of beer and while I dont consider myself an expert I like my beer "right." So hands down, BJs has better beer and pretty good wings.

This is one of the worst places Ive ever been to. Buffalo wild wings prides itself on its customer service, but where is any of that at this store? Every single time I go to this location theres always an issue. The last time I went I had to wait 30 minutes just for water. This time, the food runner tosses my wings on the tables and knocks them off my plate. What kind of service is that? Im legitimately asking because it baffles me these kinds of employees work here. The issue here is the management. Dont go to this store guys, they dont care if you didnt have a good time or not. They just want your hard earned money. Youre better off going to a standard bar. At least there youll exist.

Gross. Cold wings in one plate, Overcooked wings in the other. 2 past bad experiences here so I asked for fresh wings because I didnt want my wings cold. I got my wings burnt. The waitress said "you told me you wanted them WELL DONE". Im like, no, I wanted them cooked fresh - hot! Did I mention that the girl on my previous visit told me "sir, couldnt you find a clean table?" So dont believe the people in the front that tell you its open seating in the bar when the waitress gives you an attitude when you take the table. And what are the odds? The 1 time my receipt doesnt have the bwws review coupon - I dont get one. So heres my review. This place is gross.

i know custumer service is about considering every songle custumer.. so we went in to have dinner and honestly there was 5 tables with people..5 tables... we waited 30 mins for wings and 45 mins for this bundle of fries.. 45 mins are u kidding me!! i also order a limonade i probably choked on the wings and the limonade didnt arrived till i had to confront the manager.. theyre service is terrible.. no wonder they have 3 stars i dont even know who would rate them 3 stars... never coming back!!!!!

its hard to tell with reviews - so i gave them a try...and boy, the service was horrible...lol manager is looking to help out by giving us a new waitress. its cool but ultimately i didnt feel an excitement in being here because we didnt feel it from the staff. the new waitress however - was cool. if u do come... ask for Meesha (the happy waitress) and hopefully the experience we had with her is genuine and u get to enjoy it too.
