I came here last year to purchase 5 hams for friends and family for Thanksgiving. I called in and reserved in advance but still needed to wait for 45 minutes just to pay for my order. After I finished paying, I asked the Cashier if I could leave my ham there for an hour so that they do not get spoiled in the car while I do my errands. The Cashier told me that they cannot do that and suggested that I come back to wait in line again to pay/pick up. Who wants to wait for another 45 minutes? I asked the Cashier if I may talk to the Manager to see if there is anything that he could do. When the Manager came out, he was very rude and said that I was stupid to even ask. If I did not promised my friends and family that I was getting the ham that year, I would have cancel the order and tell them to go to hell. So please do not go to Honey Baked Ham to get your stuff for any occasions. Just go to Costco or Albertson for whatever you need. It is much much cheaper and you will be treated as a human being.

I went for the FIRST TIME....I had a gift card So My FRIEND and I went to Have LUNCH... OMMMGNESSSS!!! SANDWICHES WERE...SSSo DELISSSH N FRESSSSH...!!! THE GUY THAT WAS WORKING COUNTER WAS VERRy NICE..STORE WAS VERRY CLEAN..I WILL B BACK FOR SURRRE!!! LovvvVeD iiiiiit!!!!

For the holidays this location gets packed. Even so I come year after year to purchase a ham. If you have not yet tried the ham take the chance and make sure to review the instructions on how to warm it up. It may become a holiday favorit. It is at our house.

Great service and food. They dont only sell the best tasting ham but also they make sandwiches. The staff are always helpful. The store does get very busy before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter with everyone wanting to pick up the ham they ordered.

Hams are always the best; guests and family always look forward to the tradition every year. However they never have or always run out of smaller size hams, I dont need anything more than 6lbs, but always walk out with at least 10-12 pounds of meat.
