To be fair I have not been to many Pizza Hut locations. This one is small with only room for about four people to stand in at a time, maybe that is normal. The little lobby appears to not have been thoroughly cleaned in a while since there are occupied spider webs under the lone bench, again maybe normal. People seem rushed but they probably are so who could blame them. But in the end the pizza is just not good which is entirely normal for Pizza Hut. If you are in West Covina and want pizza Id go to Dalias.

Horrible service and when my pizza got delivered there was hardly any toppings on it. I spent over $30.00 and they couldnt even give me a small cup of ranch for my chicken wings. They used to give you a small packet of Parmesan and pepper. Now you have to pay for 1 small cup of ranch. Wow! Selfish and horrible service.

The people here are stoned or something they got my order wrong 3 times!!!!!!!!!! On one order I could not believe it! They were talking to me so rude I felt like bashing his face in please save your time and money dont order from this place theres another pizza hut down the street or even dominos!

I believe her name was Jasmine, she was wonderful!!! we just moved to the area and she took 2 min to speak with me about places we were close to and I appreciated her kindness. We have ordered from pizza hut before but this was the first time the delivery person was kind and made us feel welcome.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Complained to the manager about an issue did not sound concerned at all. no apology. I told him that Im never coming back to that store, he said "thats perfectly fine"
