The customer service at this location is beyond horrible. Is it my fault your delivery driver cant operate a gps? No. So then why is the negative attitude from your employees directed at the customer? Its uncalled for. Also, all employees need to follow a consistent set of rules and regulations. One employee shouldnt be telling your customers one thing, when all along the food wouldnt be delivered and your business ruined a customers plans. Other plans could have been made to compensate and my time wouldnt have been wasted!! It takes one persons word. And I will make sure mine gets around. I hope you clean your establishment up. I ordered online and it wasnt here by the time the delivery time said it was. And I still waited like 15 minutes for it and still wasnt. And I didnt get no call from them. So I called and they said I didnt put my address right, but then they repeat my address to me after i gave them my number even without me telling them. Then they said my order will get to me in 25-30 minutes. So much for a fresh order.

I wanted to use a buy 1 Specialty, get a Med pizza free coupon that expired in 2 months, and they refused the coupon, saying that there were exceptions. Yes there were exceptions, but only if fraud occured, outside of Pizza Hut Control. How is it fraud if I am using their own printed coupon? I refuse to pay 30$ for a pizza, because they dont want to honor their own coupons.

The customer service is horrible they need a clean slate on the staff because everybody just plainly doesnt give a damn about the customers theyre lazy the manager who served us was lazy and when I call in to make an order before I walked in I asked do you have any specials in the background they yelled do we have any f****** specials

I keep going to this place everytime I wash.The staff are nice and they recognize my family and I since the early 2000s. Im 17 now. Always a great place to eat and the staff were always great, never had problems with them. I still go here on some occasions. Dont know how the new staff are though.

Pizza Hut store in 715 N Harbor Blvd #103, Santa Ana, CA 92703 its really bad services in call for delivery they toll me 45 min. The second time I call past a hour and half en they toll me 15 min past another half and hour en they told me they was out of bread hate liars.

Because the Manager Stephanie, was very rude when asking a question regarding my order. She acted like She didnt want my business and also would not honor my coupon. I have not been back since. I took my business elsewhere.

This pizza hut is very small,but delicious!! It is sooo much better than Little Ceasers. The value is kinda pricy,but is worth the deliciousness. They sometimes get your order wrong. But overall it is pretty good.

i retract my statement about the undercooked pizza. they gave me a delicious half combo and half hawaiian free of charge and got great service. i highly recommend this pizza hut . disregard the statement i made.
