I could not have been happier with Freedom Bakery and Paul in particular. Freedoms website is great - you can actually get a sense of costs by looking at it - and Paul was incredibly responsive and design-driven. He helped me solve a major challenge by arranging 2 cakes - the one he did for us and the one my parents in law brought over from Australia. Paul came up with the idea on how to make 2 cakes & a cheese plate work on one table and followed up with me all along the way to make sure that all of the pieces would be in place so that he could make it all look good - and it turned out beautifully. I couldnt have been happier with how it all looked, and to top it all off the cake Freedom Bakery made for us was amazing! We got red velvet and chocolate and people were raving about it. I cant wait for our anniversary so that we can eat the top layer! Paul is one of those people who says "dont worry - Ill handle it" and then he does. He also did our favors for us - they were cookies with a kind of screen printing on them. They turned out beautifully too - honestly could not have been happier that we went with Paul and Freedom Bakery!

We visited 4 bakeries for our wedding cake and desserts. In my opinion, no other bakery came close to providing what Paul at Freedom Bakery did. The "Can do!" attitude was so refreshing. Paul made a custom filling for 2 tiers of our cake in addition to other custom desserts. Everything was wonderful, fresh, delicious, and beautiful! The quality and service is unsurpassed. Paul pays attention to every detail, not only with the flavor and quality, but from the details and design to placement and photo ops, and his prices are very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Una pasteleria de lo mejor en cuanto a sabor y disenos .Todo muy fresco muy limpio. Yo lo recomiendo porque es todo dulce pero NO empalagoso ademas que lo hacen a tu entera satisfaccion Recomiendo el dream cake roll y las galletas de mantequilla mmm!!!

My mom used to get my siblings and my birthday cakes here (my oldest brother is 28 years old!); this was back when they were in their old location in Freedom. Now, with three little girls of my own this is where I have been buying their cakes as well; in fact I have an order for my little ones 1st bday for this Sunday! They are not only beautiful and artistic but they are delicious.

With the desserts we wanted, Paul made sure to make exactly what we had envisioned. They were not only beautiful but the taste was phenomenal!
