For those who havent been to Cold Stone before, let me assure you that it is a much better value than Baskin Robbins or Dairy Queen. Not only is the ice cream better, but you get a lot more for your money. The ice cream is also fresh. The Ventura Cold Stone on Johnson Dr is especially well run. As a Cold Stone Connoisseur, I can tell you that this Cold Stone is far better than most. It is especially clean, and has great ownership. Lines move quickly. Great place to have dessert. There are tables to sit at inside the A/C store if you want to take family and friends.

Came here on a Thursday night around 10pm. The girl working was extremely friendly and let me try a few flavors and walked us through their different flavors/the way their ice cream is made. I got a hot fudge sundae with the salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. It was delicious and coco-nutty with a very gooey brownie. It was absolutely great! Unfortunately they didnt have any whip cream so I got double cherries. Overall I was very pleased with my sundae and look forward to coming back and trying different things!

Today their register broke and I waited 20 minutes while the employee chatted with a manager on the phone about it. I finished with my ice cream and was bored enough standing in line that I dug through my car for the exact change so i could leave. You dont think I should have gotten free ice cream or at least coupons at that point? A regular customer shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes in line to pay without getting so much as a coupon.

I usually love cold stone. I always get the "All Lovin No Oven", but this time they were out of whipped cream. It adds a lot to the taste so that was disappointing. This was early evening on a Sunday so I am not sure how they could run out of an ice cream staple. I opted to replace it with marshmallows and they were stale.

Very disappointed with the menu & service. I ordered a strawberry funnel cake they have on the menu & the girls tell me they no longer have them cause they are discontinued but yet they have it on the menu. Also the girls never wear any hair nets or gloves when handling/serving the waffle cones/ice cream.

Cool place to get ice cream. Its a tad expensive to my liking, but its good. The downfall is that the restrooms are always locked and you have to ask staff to open them. It makes you think that area is a bad place with locked restrooms.

Great place to get specialty ice cream. Super busy most of the time so you will probably have to wait, but its worth it. Been several times and enjoyed everything that Ive tried.

Fake Oreos!!! Or they were super old! No filling! Go to the one in Oxnard, they will Give you fresh toppings. But good ice cream though.
