Its Subway and its convenient to our house. That said, the atmosphere is cold and sterile as always. Lately, the last few times, the employee has been incredibly slow as in I timed that it took him 25 minutes to make our four Subs and there was a line out of the door when he was done. He seemed to be overwhelmed and they seemed to be understaffed. Not a convenient or timely lunch at that point. Could have gone to a sit down meal next door.

went in today to order 2 subs and had a coupon for any sub for $6. When I got to the register and should the employee the coupon and asked which sub I said the second sub which had ham and pepperoni. She asked if I meant my sub which just had turkey and I clarified again, no the sub with ham and pepperoni. Upon reviewing my receipt I received the wrong sub for the discounted price. Wont be returning. Pine lake subway has my business now.

Awesome service I was ordering here on the daily at one point because the woman working their remembered my order and always put a good dosing of meet on my sandwich. She knew how to make a customer happy. Overall this place had good prices and was always good in the customer service department!

The location is great being in between a lot of main city centers. But yes, they are fairly cold and sterile. Youll ge t a lot of high school kids working there so service may lack a bit and be slow, just something to think about.
