My friend and I came here after doing some shopping. We were greeted by a friendly host and given a choice to be seated in either the dining or bar area. We chose the bar area and we had the nicest server who walked us through the menu. The food was pretty good. We ordered the large traditional wings in the following flavors: mango habanero, buffalo, salt and pepper, and honey BBQ. The buffalo lacked flavor which was disappointing. We also got a the chili queso as an appetizer and a side of potato wedges.

Called in an order for take out and the woman was so rude and short. She spoke to me like I was terribly irritating. I asked for my order total and she put me on hold. About 10 minutes later a man came on the phone having no idea why I was on hold in the first place. Finally he assured me the food would be ready in 20-25 munutes. $73 and 25 minutes later we received most of our order and it was extremely cold. Wont be returning. The food was way overpriced for the quality, such a shame.

Over priced quality is sub par especially at the price point. The same restaurant chain in the Chicago area is much better. Ive been twice both times the chicken tasted old and was hard as a rock. My wife actually broke her tooth but, not giving that weight in this review. Wish they could get it together like their Chicago stores. Also the decor in Vacaville is cheap! They cannot compared to Buffalo Wild Wings in the greater Chicago area they dont even look like the same place.

This BWW is by far the worst service I have ever received or should I say never received. Took 25 minutes to have someone come over to take my order, I received my food and after that was the last time I saw any server. I stood up to get my own refill on my drink, afterwards I saw about 10 more people doing the same thing. Never even received my bill, I finally just money on the table and left. This BWW doesnt even deserve a star.

Been here a handful of times. Their wings are good. Prices are reasonable. Their beer selection is fairly good. You wont find triple IPAs or hard to find beer here. But they carry all of the mainstream craft brew on tap. Great place for watching sporting events on TV. Place is littered with televisions, including a projector or two.

Des appointed of this Vacaville location; we went Saturday evening, we were seat quick but no one took an order from us for 15 minutes nor tell us anything, so we left and none one to receive a complaint... However two groups of guys were attended immediately and received subsequent visits by the waiter ... We felt bad...

First time here and do not plan to go back. Took an hour from when we sat down to get our wings. Wings were not crispy. Mild buffalo sauce was extremely salty. Told the waitress and she didnt care. She never even refilled my drink. Plenty of places to eat in this area. Go somewhere else.

Amazing, my boyfriend and I come here regularly and normal we just do take out. Well we had an accident miscommunication on the phone, and there was other charges added. The manager handled the situation amazing, and was very polite and friendly in the process. Good service for sure. :)

Food is decent drinks are great but service sucks during the day... long waits once you sit... it took about 6 mins for the waitress to greet us but she seen us when we sat down. And it was not busy... this isnt the first time this happened at this location... #stepyagameupbuffwildwings

Always too crowded, food and drinks are way over priced. Just because this place is part of a famous chain doesnt make it "THAT" good. Ate different things and food was okay but not great, as forf drinks. I should only be paying these types of prices in Vegas if you know what I mean.

Awesome experience! Small family vacation and wanted to try something new. The staff was VERY accommodating, helping us to find a table where we can seat our hyperactive autistic son and feel comfortable. The food was phenomenal and so tasty. I only wish we had one in our town.

The place was way to cold. I left my husband to pay because my kids and I were freezing! Service wasnt nice either. No even one smile on our waitress face. The place wasnt to busy but we had to wait to long, even for our check like 20 min.

Service is very poor and they often seemed understaffed on Tuesdays where wings are 75 cents. It took 20 minutes to order and another 30 or so for food to be ready when there was only 3 tables at the time.
