i would say 4 out of the last 5 visits to this one they screwed up the order in one way or another - forgot to include a fry, wrong drink, put mustard on the burger when specifically requested not to, forgot an entire meal altogether, gave rice when fries were requested. add to that food that is NOT that good to begin with. the only reason i ever come here is because my girlfriend likes the chicken which i would admit is their best dish. you would think they would get the order right since you have wait a long time to get it but that is not the case. and on at least once, they gave me too much change so math or the ability to use a cash register is also not a strength of theirs. how this place earned anything greater than a 2 star is a big surprise to me.

Absolutely awful . Worst fast food Ive eaten in a long time. Fried chicken was like two-day-old KFC. Fries were dripping with grease. The restaurant was pretty crowded at 930pm, so they must have a following, but, OMG, worst food ever. The staff couldnt be nicer. Everyone smiles. Customers are treated great. But the food is of third-world quality. I seriously feel sick after eating at Jollibee. Teaching your kids to eat at this restaurant is like giving them cigarettes. If, somehow you did manage to acquire a taste for Jollibee, youd be dead with a stroke or heart attack before you turned 19

So many ridiculous experience that I had here, like when asking to give me water, they would say a d ask bottled water? Clearly Im asking for a filtered water coming from their soda fountain, this old guy tonight he is super slow Ive waited for almost an hour for three cars before, and thought that their also serving customers inside, to my surprise its just me, and guess what he serve me the nastiest taste tap water they have and it taste like from the rubbish.btw i did not wait to reach home to place this comment. Thank goodness I still have my Starbucks FREE water with me n my car.

We stopped at this place for a bite after a whole day at the Zoo. My daughter accidentally spilled her spaghetti all over her, I immediately grabbed some napkins and cleaned her up and pick up the food on the floor. I notified the cashier and manager to let someone know about the mess and send someone out to clean before somebody slips (I picked most of it). Well, no one came out to help us at all nor offered a courtesy replacement for her meal! I dont mind paying for another one which I did but a simple courtesy would have made it less irritating. Bad customer service.

Chicken is pretty good. Palabok (spelling?) pancit noodles with chicken is my new favorite. Never tried this place but now it is a good option. Very very very slow on the drive through. If there was an exit before ordering I would have taken it after 18 minutes waiting then at 25 minutes food is picked up at the window. Too slow. They apologize for everything. Stop apologizing and speed up the pace. Too many employees standing around appearing to be doing something but actually nothing.

Worst $10 I ever spend for lunch. I ordered the 3pc Dipper, the rice was stale and three little pieces of chicken strips. The pineapple drink taste horrible, I dont wait kind of condensed pineapple juice it was, highly doubtful there was any natural pineapple. Also order a corn beef sandwich, I was disbelieved when I saw the sandwich. That is not corned beef nor did it taste like corned beef, it has a SLOPPY JOE sandwich loaded with mayonnaise! Tasted horrible, couldnt get one bit down!

I never tried Filipino food before but I have a curious palate, so I figured why not give it a try. The menu is very different. Spaghetti, fried chicken, spam? The girl that helped me, Marylin was so sweet and helpful. I had a sweet pork breakfast. It was amazing. The rice was garlicky, egg was perfect over hard (my favorite) and the pork was super flavorful. I also had the purple yam tapioca drink. Sooooo good. I will be stopping here any time passing through Union City!

FACT 1: Jollybee serves American fast food. FACT 2: Interpreted by Filipinos. Terrible burgers and spaghetti. The ONLY reason any Filipino body loves this overly sweet Chef Boyardee canned equivalent is for NOSTALGiC reasons. Nobody is going to find an American thats going to love this. The US Army will cook up better burgers than this slop. Find me an American that likes this "American" fast food, and Ill find you a Filipino that doesnt love syrupy love ballads.

Walking in felt like I was back in the Philippines. I luv n miss the palabok w/ chicken joy. The employees were very welcoming. The management assured we were satisfied w/ r food n comfortable w/ everything. The place was nice, clean n my family of 11 got r food right away.:-D my husband only wished for stronger coffee...lol

The Halo-halo is hard to mix because the shaved ice was frozen. It was supposed to be freshly made, not preserved in a freazer. Its very hard to mix hard, frozen drinks. Before when it was still made fresh, it was really good. NOT ANYMORE!!!

Its the only Jollibee in the area unfortunately but luckily it doesnt get that packed inside. The drive thru is another story, it can take a while to get to order your food. I enjoy the food here a lot, their chicken is my favorite.

The chicken with rice and the burgers were delicious, but the store was not entirely correct on having the title of being Fast-food. Took atleast 15 mins for food to be prepared plus the long lines.

Super dope. Only jollibee Im aware of this side on east bay. Always crowded because the phood is excellent. They just need to improve their accuracy a little bit on the orders.

Decent food for the price with meal deals for the bigger families like us. Works out well for nights when you dont feel like cooking and dont want to spend a bunch.

The food at Jolliebee is very delicious, and there service is okay. Sometimes it take a while to get your order, but its worth it because its great tasting food.

Long drive thru, upon p/u of order was told to pull around and wait they waited 15 minutes. Im disabled. I call and someones v-m machine answers. WTF?

Food was piping hot when I ordered, which was around 11am. The dining area isnt crowded. They have ample parking space and clean restrooms.

Drive thru open 24 hours. Busy place, but worth the short wait. Food is definitely better than the standard fast food place.
