Used to be a great place to eat. NOT ANY MORE!!! I would compare the food to a cafeteria type experience. Wife had duck which was dry and over cooked and served with nothing on the side. When the waitress finally got around to checking on us, she said that it usually comes with a side of potatoes. SHE had the bus boy serve our entrees so she wasnt aware that they forgot the side of potatoes. Which was probably OK if they were anything like the two sides that came with my seafood special of the day, which was Alaskan Halibut in a creamy shrimp sauce. The halibut was fishy and raw and obviously had been frozen. Im sure it had bee prepared in a large cookie sheet and warmed up and served. THe Rice was crunchy. I also had the MAC and Cheese because the only vegetable they offered was corn on the cob, which wont be in season for 3 more months. THE mac and cheese along with the rice tasted like it had been made about 3 days ago. THe service was almost terrible. For a half a overcooked duck breast, frozen bland fishy tasting fish and a couple of 3 day old side dishes the bill came to $69.00. I think Ive had better food in the hospital and it was a balance meal. If you want a good dinner to up the road to Larripen. I would suggest the food manager to the casino go there as eel and rase what food should taste lie for the prices there asking at the casino

My husband and I waited a half-hour before we even order our food do to the lack of there Workers not coming to our table we had to flag a person down just to let them know they had forgotten us and 2 couples came in after us they got to order, eat, pay and leave way before we got our food. We waited an whole hour just to got our food. I feel this place needs some work on there people skills. I will never come back.

What happened? This used to be a great restaurant with the best view in the county. We went there for a birthday celebration, had to wait over an hour for our food which was mediocre at best. Packaged lettuce for salads. Waitress was very nice. Not many people, used to be crowded. I tell you this is a missed opportunity for someone to make the most outstanding restaurant in all of Humboldt County.

Great service. Beautiful room.very forgettable food.Magnificent Martini. I saw a Manhattan that made wish that I liked whiskey. Classy little lounge.5 star view 4 star service 2 star food. Worth at least a couple of visits. If you have guests from out of area take them

The food is amazing ever since they remodeled and changed chefs at the beginning at 2015. Theres also an amazing musician who plays every Saturday! I would definitely recommend!
