Honestly tried to give this place a better rating but just couldnt do it and heres why. Tried the restaurant on three different occasions just because "I like spaghetti" that much. On two of the three visits, the tables still had food and dirt from the previous customers. Under the table definitely had left over food. Im not saying it looked like a "trash bin" but enough to notice when you enter. Service was also lack luster. On one occasion, we were the only ones in and trying to get service for seconds or in trying to sample other dishes was difficult at best with waiters talking amongst themselves or with the cook. No way to run a business. The spaghetti was hard and looked old (may have something to do with us being first customers) and the sauces just didnt have that spaghetti sauce flavor. We definitely left disappointed and we gave the place three tries before rendering our decision. Sorry but until the service improves we wont be returning. :-/

we were seated for almost 15 min with no interaction. It did pick up once we got going. I shared a calzone and trio app platter. The calzone was average, nothing special. The trio, save yourself the trouble. Im positive the mini meatballs had freezer burn, the mozz sticks were most likely from the same aisle of the frozen food section. If your all for quantity over quality, this is the place for you, although it is very family friendly. I recommend a place like Fabios or some other food genre instead. Maybe even the Round Table next door.

Group of 6 in our party arrived at 6:30pm on a Wednesday evening. Seated immediately, restaurant was only half full so no wait. Waitress attended to our needs well. Bread came out piping hot, same for the minestrone, and the main dishes. Plenty of food, you will not leave hungry. My daughter loves the bisque but Strings appears to no longer offer it. My all time favorite dish is the artichoke ravioli. I stray now and then but always come back to it.

My second time in this same restaurant. Had Sunday lunch with the family and first, we were assigned a table by the entrance and the table was kinda "sticky" on the surface. There were a few flies hovering all over us and albeit, the server apologized about it, she still did not do anything. Salad was not fresh - we could have gone to Sizzlers to get a good salad. Sorry again but this would be our last time to dine in this place.

We came for dinner with a large party reservation and had Kelly as our sever. She was by far one of the best servers Ive ever had, was super nice and extremely good. Drink refills were perfect, and our food was outstanding. Wait times were good, the restaurant itself is nice and clean, and the prices are competitive with chain Italian places, but so much more delicious. Not a thing I would change.

Me and two of my girls went there for lunch and it was the worst service that I have ever recieved! The sad thing was that our waitress was the Manager and she was very rude! Ignored us when we were calling her and never aked if we needed anything, and anytime that we did ask for something we got ATTITUDE! I love the food here its GREAT but the SERVICE from the manager SUCKS!!!

I used to love this place. The Mac and cheese is Kraft Mac & cheese. The cheese wasnt melted in the calzone even though the calzone was burnt. The stuffed mushrooms were still partially frozen. The table was sticky. The waitress was almost non-existent which may have been a good thing. She reached over people instead of walking around.

Came here one time and unfortunately the last time. I ordered the lobster soup and it was very disappointing. It didnt have chunks of lobster. It was nothing but tomato soup with lobster broth. I also tired their spaghetti with meat sauce. And it tasted like black licorice :/ dont even bother coming here. Not really worth the money.

Horrible service. When we walk in, it took 5 minutes to even be greeted. When our food comes after such a long wait, we are missing forks and werent able to catch the waiter until she comes cruising by us. Our food was getting cold. They need better servers who are friendlier and more caring with customers.

This place is by far way better then Olive Garden. My friend and I go in there about 3 times a month. Food is always hot, fresh, and the taste of everything is very tasteful! Not to say Olive Garden isnt good. If you want something with a little more love put into the food Go to Strings!

Great food and very affordable. The waiter recommended the Pasta Siena and it was great. I dont know about some of the other reviews on the service, but the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, from the waiter, and the person who seated us. Will definitely be back.

Falls short We have been here only a few times. Each time we have been it leaves something to be desired. The food could benefit, in most cases, by taking a more simplistic approach. The staff has been great each time. All in all its an average place to dine.

Food is okay, not the best . However the customer service and staff were amazing! We were in and out in 40 mins. Waitress even helped by packing food to go and did an excellent job. Will be back for the amazing and fast service.

I ordered from the "all you can eat" lunch menu and was not allowed to bring what was left of my food home with me because it was my "refill". The food was good, but I will not support any business that wastes food.

Strings has great service and fine Italian food. Its a great place to sit down for lunch or dinner on this side of Tracy when you want to avoid the fast-food places in the area.

Food tastes terrible. Garlic bread doesnt taste like garlic. Lobster bisque tasted like tomato soup. Shrimp tastes like raw sewage. Will not return

Have enjoyed this restaurant for 15 years, sign on the door says closed. Sad.
