acabo de tener un terrible servicio al pedir mi orden, vine con mi familia y fuimos tratados muy mal, desde la joven que atendía en la posición de tortilla 1 fue mui grocera! al pedir el resto de nuestra orden la joven en salsas 1 estaba aventando las cucharas mostrando una actitud negativa y haciendo gestos con su cara! pedí una quesadilla y se les quemo 3 veces, tube que esperar para que el cajero hisiera la quesadilla y me la diera, estaba mui sucio alrededor de los contenedores de la comida! no estaban en sus posiciones ninguno de crew! no había un estable tortilla o salsa o linebacker, todo estaba fuera de orden! necesitan un nuevo manager que les enseñe a trabajar y dar un buen servicio! no recomiendo este restaurante, este restaurante esta basado en dar una experiencia única y extraudinaria al cliente! dieron todo lo contrario! necesitan aprenderse la visión del restaurante! necesitan estudiar todo hacerca de chipotle!

This is my main Chipotle and default pipeline for food. Probably other options if you want authentic Mexican food, but as far as quick, cheap, tasty food goes, its hard to go wrong with this Chipotle. The manager of this particular chain is a very nice guy who looks out for repeat customers (hes on first name basis with my dad, and calls out to us when we eat there). Staff seems to undergo constant turnover, so youll get some green trainees who move a bit slowly, but the ones who do stick around are ruthlessly efficient (even more so than the usually quick-moving Chipotle staff), yet still quite accommodating. The food is best when fresh, obviously, but this chain is so busy that youll often either end up with the dregs of the batch or the top of it. Sour cream, lettuce, and pico de gallo are noticeably fresh and non-preserved. The cooks here also know how to work a grill; Ive very rarely been disappointed by the meat. But good luck getting into the parking lot; with a GameStop, Starbucks, Pasta Pomodoro, P.F. Changs, and other hot spots in the same shopping center, itll be a pain just getting into the Cherry Orchard shopping plaza.

This is the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. The food is cold, the line is dirty, they give you the smallest portions ever and to top that all off they are the rudest staff that Ive ever encountered at a Chipotle. I used to work at a Chipotle so I understand the Chipotle standards, they dont even come close. When I was treated poorly and talked to like I was 5, I asked to speak with a manager who also was extremely rude and probably 21. I refused their service and left unhappy, and drove to another Chipotle for lunch. I will never return to this unorganized, sloppy, unfriendly staffed Chipotle ever again.

Very unpleasant experience (05/22/ 14), the first time that visited this place and I decided to try a burrito grill, when I was about to finish it, I discover a roasted fly stuck on the tortilla, that was very disgusting!!, With discretion I approached the cashier (Lexis) who with a very unfriendly attitude makes me a refund for $7.40 and does not even bother to say sorry as if it were my fault this awful hygiene service. I regret not having done more obvious this situation so that other customers could see the possible conditions of what they were consuming. This was the first and last time going here

I do like Chipotle, and this one is a-ok. They definitely dont do anything extra from a customer service standpoint, but you get your food quickly, so I suppose that is a plus. I got a burrito bowl for the first time (chicken, black beans, white rice, corn, pico, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac), and it was good. Expensive for what you get, but good if you are craving Chipotle. The one negative was that the guacamole that I got had some chunks of avocado skin in it which were really gross. If you are going to charge me for guac, at least make it good and get all of the skin off..

The food and selection are pretty standard for a Chipotle. This is a good thing, as Chipotle typically has a simple selection of fresh, high-quality food. Although the lines can get backed-up during normal lunch and dinner rushes, there are sufficient staff, and the line moves quickly. Tip: a burrito bowl generally contains 50-100% more food than a burrito.

I am a big fan of Chipotle and very regular at multiple Chipotle stores in South bay. Sadly I was compelled to write this review. The manager here has zero professionalism, extremely rude. Food quality was poor, I had food poisoning after having their fajita. I would not recommend this place ever. I would rather go to one in Santa Clara or Mountain View.

This is a just an okay place but would definitely try to avoid if you have other options. Staff is the biggest setback as they wont care to be polite or serve smiling. Too many questions from someone like me who is new to Chipotle will make them give looks. Taste is decent but needs to be in top of cleaning the tables for next customers.

Not satisfied. The store wouldnt honor my coupon that had just been sent to my phone and my veggies on my burrito bowl were burned. I wasnt given a receipt so by the time I realized they were burned (once I got home) I couldnt return it. I wont be returning to this location. They need some extra training in customer service.

Why do I always feel rushed in these lines. The food is great dont get me wrong but maybe theres another option to the buffet style ordering. It is 50x faster than Subways. I always end up feeling incredibly full after my meals here and thats maybe one of the draws to Chipotle.

This place is growing on me. Its not authentic at all, but it still tastes pretty good. Huge portions and a great value, but white rice in a burrito? Seriously? Shout and be direct about your order, they often screw it up because they are moving at a million miles per hour.

better than your average fast food restaurant. pricier than your average fast food restaurant. i put down an octodollar today for lunch in return for a steak burrito with a coke. it was delicious, it was filling, it was spicy. 4 stars. oh pancheros, how i miss you.

Its Chipotle, but this one is far below average. The employees are generally unenthusiastic and slow to serve you, and the food preparation area is always messy. Feels like this location doesnt really care about the quality of service or people they hire.

Typical Chipotle location with a clean interior and friendly staff. Expect a bit of a line during lunch but they move the line fairly quickly. Parking can be difficult as its in a shopping center next to a Trader Joes and other popular stores.

Worst chipotle in the west! Steak was delayed for over 10 minutes and when it got there it was rare. The lady aaid that chipotle cooks their steak to medium rare. I eat at chipotle 3 times a weak and I know what I am used to. DONT GO THERE!
