Are you an Arsenal fan? Do you want to watch Arsenal in LA? Then this is the place for you! As an avid Arsenal fan and an avid traveller I have watched Arsenal games at many locations around the globe. You will usually find me at The Emirates, but when I find myself somewhere in the world which prevents me from showing up in person I will always hunt out somewhere to catch the game. We rocked up here just before 8am for the kick off of the Community Shield against Man City. Having learnt my lesson from The Blind Pig in New York I was expecting a decent turn out, even though it was early. However, it was standing room only as the bar was wall to wall Gooners. I had found my LA home. The atmosphere was amazing, the US Gooners were amazing. Essentially the Fox and Hounds was amazing. Last but not least The Arsenal were amazing! The 3-0 defeat of Man City was the icing on the cake for our visit to the West Coast, the atmosphere in the pub was amazing. Although it pains me to say it the fans were more energetic than many of the ones you will find filling the seats of The Emirates most weekends. LA Gooners take it to the next level. No doubt about it, if you want to be part of the #GoonerFamily in LA this is the place to be. If you spot a guy with LA Gooner and the number 14 on his back then say "Hi" to Steve from me! "Were front row, were front row, were front row Fox and Hounds!"

We used to go to this place quite often. Is small, and unless you go there early or during the week dont count on a table. Clientele seem to be regulars quite often. They sometimes have live music which is nice. May need to park down the street as parking in their lot is limited. Its a bar/pub, not a restaurant. Dont expect a valet. Beer selection is decent, at least they have Fullers.... so it kind of feels genuine for a pub. I tend to prefer their food over other available british pub offerings in the valley. Surprisingly good Fish and Chips. I liked their salads. Love their sausage rolls for some reason. And the meat pie offerings are quite good (I like the steak & ale). At some point, their prices seemed to jump and we stopped going to the place and ended up at the Robin Hood pub instead because it was closer to our home. But all in all I enjoyed the experience and it is a nice neighborhood bar, especially if you live close to it and dont have to drive far or at all....

Briefly, Fox and Hounds is a bar with British food. Ive never been to Britain, so its hard for me to compare exactly. On the one hand, it does feel like what I imagine a British pub might be. On the other hand, thats not saying much. The atmosphere is very comparable to an older college campus bar. Its fun in its way, but its not for everyone. Likewise, the food represents everything Ive heard about British cuisine: simple, plain, mushy goodness. I did find the bangers to be quite flavorful actually, but the mash and shepherds pie taste fairly bland. I ate my meal with some gravy and brown sauce (not more gravy), and despite the obvious lack of sensation in my taste buds, it was still pleasing somehow overall. Its good comfort food. Add in friendly service, and I left pleasantly full.

I have been going to the F&H for a long time to watch mainly the bigger matches- EPL, Champions League, EURO,etc... But this year, I was disappointed to find out that when I arrived with a bunch of mates to watch this years Champions League final, we were informed that we did not have some kind of presale tix, and therefore we would not be allowed in, despite being there an hour early and the pub being nearly empty! Even more discouraging, was that the doorman would not even tell us how to purchase tickets or allow us to purchase the tix. Ive always enjoyed the soccer atmosphere at the F&H, but if its becoming an elitist & preferential soccer crowd, Ill pass b/c the truth is there are other places that do even have HDTV

Horrible service, bad food but decent beer selection! If you want to see a soccer match then this is a nice place to do so. However, dont order any food because it usually takes about 40 minutes and is no where near the quality you get for the price. I have made the mistake of eating there twice and both time has spent the rest of the day with an upset stomach with the contents coming out quicker than I have ever expected (meaning I am on the toilet). Sorry to be so brazen but I have to tell the truth. I may go there again but am NEVER eating there or expecting great service. My advice... find another place to watch soccer!

Owner is a jerk, and either the bartender is a nasty fat lesbian clam, or lowlife soccer foreigners are overserved, loud and drunk. It never has been inviting or fun or anything but a bad time. I wish it wasnt near my home, because of the types it attracts, .And in response to your nasty kickback, ill be closely watching when youre open AND SERVING and reporting to the A.B.C. Van Nuys, and parking enforcement for your violations on our street 24/ 7 .Cheers yourself .

I have going to this pub for over three now. I have found that every time I go and get a pitcher of beer the price goes up. It started at 14.00 then 16.00 then 18.00 now 20.00???? and no it wasnt during happy hour! Also there is a server (brunette) that is always so miserable and is never friendly and puts me on edge, so it takes away from my experience. I purchased a Groupon and no one knows how it works. Otherwise I usually like the place.

I went to go watch el Clásico match and i had such an amazing time. The general manager to the location was absolutely amazing. He was always paying attention to detail and making sure youre having a good time at his bar. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone. To all football fans out there, its one ofbthe best Pubs to go and watch the English Premier League or La Liga.

The food is good - we found all our British Pub favorites - bangers and mash, chicken pot pie, curried chicken. They have a great British beer selection too. I appreciate that they had live music but the light were so low, we couldnt see and the music was so loud that we had to get out of there. Bring earplugs if you dont want to damage your hearing permanently.

One of the coolest bars Ive ever visited. Its small, simple and a great place to hang out. Everyone in there is getting along and having a good time. Their beer selection is simple, delicious and rotates. The owner, James, and his sexy bartender are very good at their jobs. This is a place you HAVE to hit up while in Studio City.

Greatest Arsenal pub in Los Angeles, one of the best pubs overall. Staff is prompt and friendly, food is good to excellent, and the decor is fantastic. If you want to experience what its like to see a football (real football) match in England with songs, chants, and screams, come when theres an Arsenal game on the projection screen.
