Ill never go there again. First time we went there, they were cooking a very large lumpia order and we were told it would be a very long wait, so we choose to leave. We went back just last night to try it again, since Best Lumpia was so highly regarded . . . we waited about 1/2 hour for the first of our four orders to arrive. About 10 min. later two more of our meals arrived. The last meal arrived close to 10 minutes after the ones before it. One order of lumpia was not "golden brown as the menu described - dark brown to black was more accurate! My plate, one of the combination plates (the last one to be served), had a cold scoop of rice, way over-fried tilapia (should have called it fish jerkey,) and the shrimp lumpia were black on both ends. Needless to say, the shrimp were tough (over cooked). The pancit tasted as if there was something rancid in it! I left hungry as my food was awful. We were considering ordering a large order of lumpia for an upcoming party - I can tell you Ill not be ordering from Best Lumpia! Especially since they recently lost an order my friend had placed for her party!!

All the Filipino people I know and work with all go here , so that has to mean something . If you’ve never eaten Filipino food your missing out on great good and a proud people that take pride in their food and culture . As a non Filipino I always enjoy going here . There is lumpia that is kinda like a small “ egg roll “ You can order many classical Filipino foods here that I have eaten the same dishes made by Filipino families and the dishes they prepare here at the same in flavor and style . Don’t get more authentic than that . I will return here many times I’m sure . The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean . The only one thing I would advise on is that it must take some time to prepare Filipino food cause the wait times are a little long but worth the wait if you are dining in . Take out is always easy with a call in order . They do offer catering sizes orders , many they want you to place at least a day ahead . Yummy is all I can say .

If you like Filipino food even remotely you have to try Best Lumpia. Their food is so fresh and delicious. I have been coming here for so many years and I have never been disapointed. I even worked with the owner to buy there lumoia for a fundraiser and my university and they were very accomodating. This restaurant is a staple in the Stockton community.

Very good food, tasty and large portions. Have also had them cater a party and the food was amazing. Everyone was very happy, so I took credit for picking them. Worth the drive and next to Dantes Pizza. Always thought they were just a lumpia place but they have turned it into an excellent restaurant.

Amazing food for an even more amazing price. I highly suggest getting the pork BBQ, it is out of this world. I would come back here in a heart beat and recommend it to everyone. Fast service and friendly staff. A well deserved 5 stars.

Who says you cant eat well in #StocktonCA? This place is a find! Being of German heritage I love well prepared pork ~ their Lechon is to die for! Excellent Lumpia and lots of other "hard to find" favorite Filipino food. I am a fan!

Slow service for great food, cant complain too much. But one flaw my mom almost choked to death off of the bbq pork fat. Like I literally had to give her the Heimlich maneuver. Scary. But I still love their food lol.

The food is consistently delicious. We order big trays of Lumpia and pancit for gatherings. Staff is always very friendly and helpful w suggestions. We have been frequenting Best Lumpia for many years.

If you are ordering over the phone, customer service sucks! They are in a rush to let you go, always cutting you off. The service used to be good, but as of now, they have poor customer service.
