This place has to be the worse service Ive ever received from a fast food establishment. I live just down the road so its very convent for us to come here but they are constantly out of food and tell us after we order and are waiting at the widow. But this time we where helped by carina who was very pleasant in the drive through. I hope KFC will keep employees like her and create better service for the future!

Horrible. They will not give the correct number of biscuits and they will give you whatever chicken (regular or extra) they feel like giving you. My order was horribly messed up after they let me know they were "out of extra crispy. If you cannot find people who can use simple math, dont hire them. Comprende?

There are so many hood ratas working there!! Extremely bad service they give to there costumers! All the workers there so unprofessional.. I dont recommend going there!! They have tattos showing , dont even trust the food there anymore! Tell the girl with the red hair learn to be professional.

I would give 3 stars but the food is great. Service is lacking in that you have to ask for Ketchup and napkins. I tried to order 2 of the combo 3 and ended up with only one because they got confused because my daughter wanted her sandwiches dry and I wanted mine normal.

I experienced excellent customer service from Bladen the KFC Associate at the Drive through window. He was very kind on the menu speaker and at the window. Very courteous with a smile and I received my order as soon as I arrived at the window.

Its KFC, so you know what youre getting. This location has the WORST drive thru setup. As the driver, you have lean across your car to pay out the passenger window.
