Service has really taken a dive in El Segundo. Always have the cashier repeat your order - it is often wrong. Always check your order before leaving the store or letting the delivery person leave. Very often you 1 will have someone elses order 2. part of our order will be wrong 3. part will be missing 4 you will be shorted some item like 1 pat for a family meal. Plus an undisclosed delivery charge has been added and the cashiers try to deny their own coupons. Good food shouldnt be this much work!

Laura the cashier have a bad attitude. Bad customer service. She did not apologize instead she was talking back. Victor the cook was not paying attention to what he was doing. These kind of people in the food services should not be in this business because they are not knowledgeable, no training or whatsoever. What a shame to the company. Bad service. My time was wasted going here. Not recommended to come here.

Enjoyed the food and delivery service so much that I ordered it three times during my six day stay. If youre a fan of avocados and won tons then you must try their avocado won tons.. The gyro sandwich is really good as well..
