Every starbucks Ive ever been to has been a haven for those with dead phones. This place charges $0.50 for refills on tea as opposed to the $0.25 standard Ive grown accustomed to in other areas. I ended up not refilling because of this, where typically Id pay an extra dollar in total for refills.

Very happy to see at Starbucks in the middle of Sebastopol. Location has easy parking and the staff was friendly. Sadly, the rest rooms were in dire need of cleaning. Rare to see a Starbucks where restrooms are that dirty. Staff and customers, both need to do their part.

For a chain coffee shop it has a home style atmosphere. Most of the staff are great and it seems like all the locals know each other. Service is good.
