First off, the atmosphere here is outstanding. Also outstanding is the food, although it is very expensive for cafe food. The three core issues are the relatively slow service (if theyre busy), the expensive food and drink, and the pretty so-so level of their coffee. In a different area, this places coffee would skip un-noticed, but its not some $1.25 cup of coffee, they charge a full $2.50 ... and for that money you get a cup of coffee that is pretty much a 3/5. Not really THAT big of a deal, but when you can go down the street (literally walking distance) to TMFs coffee bar and get easy 4 - 4.5 / 5 coffee, or better yet hit up ninjastar for consistent 5/5, this spot is a hard sell by it self if youre there for the coffee. That being said, if youre not a coffee snob, dont mind paying $10 for a bagel with eggs and cheese, dont mind a wait if its busy, and you REALLY want to kick it in all their soft chairs, this spot is definitely worth a stop. If coffee is a core priority, keep driving.

Great smiles from pretty girls always make my day. You ladies are tops. VERY good coffee and other interesting hot drinks. Food pricey, but home made. Always welcoming for a few folks to get together. A piano! Just a relaxing, comfortable, unrushed place to hangout or meet friends. Good wifi, too. This is what Sebastopol is supposed (?) to be about!!

Coffee Catz is a cute little Sebastopol coffee house. They serve delicious coffees, espresso and other hot drinks. They also have delicious sandwiches. They have an outside area with tables and umbrellas for summer early mornings, and they have a nice indoor area for sipping, eating and reading. Very nice.

Great vibe inside this coffee joint. The whole place is done up in wood and really reflects the fact that its built in a train station. There are pillows and benches to chill on. Overall a classic Sebastopol stop.

Ive been frequenting Coffee Catz for about 15 years now! I love the eclectic feel and the great service. Ive done piano recitals as a child there and now I have my students play there! Its great:):)

Great breakfast and lunch. Terrific coffee. Friendly staff. The menu is very varied for a small coffer cafe. Great atmosphere. Will come back when we are in Sebastopol again.

I ordered the lox bagel price $12.50 pricey, considering Grateful bagel just around corner has the exact one for $7.50..i think you should reconsider your price!!!
