from Tennessee...found this deli on internet, sounded authentic. when we got to sausalito, ordered one of the delicious sandwiches, wanted to sit outside to eat and look at the Bay but no tables were vacant. the owner went and got a table and 2 chairs so we could sit outside. he even brought us a candy for dessert. he was Wonderful and so were the sandwiches. we bought an extra to eat out on the Golden Gate Bridge! we got a towel souvenier with the Venice Gourmet logo on it! and a pic with the owner!!! he was great...i wish i remembered his name! im sending friends from TN & Germany who are coming out to visit SF area! wish i could come out with them! Find the owner, hes interesting...been there 40+ yrs...and youll love the food/items at Venice!

Excelente pizza y atención de primera... si vas a cruzar el Golden Gate en bicicleta, tienes que hacer una parada en este lugar, te cuidan las bicicletas en su patio mientras disfrutas de una buena pizza y una cerveza californiana. Excelente.

Well if u were around in SF and u wanted to pass by the lovely town called Sausalito which I definitely recommend! Make sure to drop by this lovely diner and make sure to get the chowder! The place is super simple but great and generous food...

Great place! Had a wonderful time and at an affordable price, owner was very polite and food was good, we were a group of 12 and order different appetizers to the center. DIY Mimosas were the perfect touch! Recommend it!
