Made me sick. The plastic cups are foggy they are so old. The silverware is stained with hard water. I ordered the sausage scramble with toast. The eggs tastes old, the toast was not toadted, the hash browns were crispy on the top and bottom but soaked in grease. Overall I was unhappy. Later in the day I paid the price for eating at Sakos. Poor quality food and overall experience. Not going back and do not recommend this place.

The chef is a great guy, very friendly staff. The food is very good and fresh and great prices. No waiters you grab a tray and sit and eat and leave the tray. It felt like at home and comfortable, Sako talked to me while he was cooking. If i ever get a load out to here again im coming back. This is whats missing from america nowadays a place where everybody knows your name.

Had a water polo tournament at Whittier High School and tried this place. Great place to sit diner style and eat or you can order to go. Great breakfast burritos & omlets. My 16 year old son loved the place and said I have to review it! Our to go bag wasnt missing anything from salsa to forks and napkins. Way to go Sakos!

No good for dinner, closes @5:00p.m., and if you happen to arrive, and order dinner @ 4:40p.m. and the bus boy rudly mops all around you and sits with mop bucket in hand. Hoping we would leave,so we left, never to return, @ 5:05, insulted, (bad hygene, no one likes 2 enjoy their dinner, only 2 be forced out by a filthy mop)

This place and people were great! Minus trying to maintain my diet, the food was fantastic, both the ham & cheese omelet and meatball sub. Dont get me started on the m&m brownie or crumb cheesecake. Thank you everyone. We will return to visit when we pick up freight in the area again.

Sakos is a great diner, good tasting food, fresh and always a daily menu. The best Value of this place is....the OWNERS and there STAFF....very nice and welcoming. Please recommend this place to everybody.....

not sure about the hours of operation but I found this: Mon-Fri 5 am - 5 pm Sat 6 am - 3 pm Sun 7 am - 1 pm I could be wrong. if anyone knows for sure post it.
