Never again. I was overcharged for the same coffee I have been ordering for years at several locations in Oregon and California and when I asked about the price difference I was told it was always more so I asked for a manager and was told the price from hq is a standard. A lie to my face since a 8 oz triple Americano with caramel and cream is 1.50 in CA. At davis, crecent city, and 3 days before at this one, and OR. Brookings(both locations) cave junction, grants pass, coos bay, sutherlin, Roseburg, Ashland, rouge, Albany, OSU Campus( go beavers) in Corvallis, billings, and Eugene are some I frequent most know my drink when I show up so to have a manager of the store thats been open less time than Ive been enjoying duchies lie to my face is insulting and rude to the point I didnt want to go back and deal with them again for the overpacked watery drink that they obviously forgot my extra shot in. The cup says "garenteed to satisfy" in Oregon I agree but there little cousin down here is an undercover Starbucks

I Love This place the Best coffee ever so addicting.The workers are the nice and sweet people ,always ready to let you bend an ear. They have even bought my coffee a few times. They know my order as soon as drive in.I will always come back again and again.DONT FORGET TO LEAVE A GOOD TIP. They run themselves Ragged.TREAT YOUR LOCAL POLICEMEN AND FIRE FIGHTERS. I do! Best coffee and the best staff ever. Starbucks got nothing on Dutch Bros.If it takes a while at certain times of day remember so worth it.

One time I went there, pretty exhausted midday at work. Ordered a drink with 4 shots of espresso. I think it was called a white zombie. Anyways, when I left, I scraped the heel of my dress shoes on the raised yellow bumps of the ramp. Ill include a picture if you dont understand what Im talking about. Anyway, when I did there were some highschool kids standing around that laughed because it sounded like I farted. But I also crop dusted them when I did it anyways. Coffee was a solid 10/10 though.

The young girl at the counter was busy talking to her friends before finally being ready to take my order. When I asked for a macchiato the young girl at the counter asked me if I wanted it hot ??? Or if I wanted to add flavour then what size ??? I explained a macchiato is an expression with a small amount of foamed milk. We got expresso with cold milk.. total fail.... dont claim to be a coffee shop if you know nothing about coffee. What your store sells is sugar filled drinks

First time visitor :) The young man at the window must really know his regular customers - he asked if it was my 1st visit and then offered me my coffee for free. Great customer service and yes, he made my day. I will be back. Learned that many of the workers are students at SRJC which I love - what a great job for a student. Learning to work with the public - this guy was perfect for the job! Oh yeah...and my Americano was pretty goos too

Im here all the time. Most of them recognize me and know my name im here so often. Always friendly and helpful if you dont know what you like. Wait times can be long due to high customer traffic but a busy place is for good reason. Conversate with your baristas and enjoy the experience.

Great customer service....might have to wait a few minutes but whats your hurry anyway?...Strike up a conversation with a stranger while you wait....or chill in your car in the drive thru....either way the drinks are always awesome and the folks that work there are genuinely nice people.

These are some of the sweetest people youll ever meet and some of the sweetest coffee youll ever drink! I highly suggest a trip to Dutch, especially if you need a pick me up. My suggestion, get a small iced white chocolate annihilator. If you want it less sweet add a shot.

Good coffee, my family loves it, I like mine a little stronger personally but good enough. The four star review is for the wait, but I guess thats a good problem for them to have. Expect to wait 30 minutes start to finish before youre driving away with your coffee

I come here at least once a week. My daughter and her friends love this place. My favorite drink is the iced white chocolate mocha, but their regular hot coffee is good and strong, just as I like it. Great, friendly service, too! Dont forget to get your card stamped!

This is definitely a get it quickly get it sweet coffee shop, but it is fine when so many are closed because they consistently stay open like their hours posted and often busy because of it. The staff is always young, but friendly.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly. The coffee is always incredible. Ive never ever had a bad experience or coffee at any Dutch bros, however Santa Rosa is extra amazing. So they get the fifth star.
