Upon ordering the cookie bowl, I requested it to be warm and was told it would make the cookie fall apart, after stating I was okay with it falling apart and being warmed I was then told they werent allowed to warm them up. While trying to eat the cookie bowl with ice cream, my spook broke because the cookie was so rock hard. I was not impressed with this place.

Cookies are a tad hard to eat as a sandwich with softer ice cream between them. Maybe underbaking the cookies, thats how I like them anyway, might help a little? Obviously I dont know but the ice cream went everywhere when you tried to take a bite. Great flavors though!

We stopped here on a whim while passing through the city and we made a great decision! Delicious is an understatement with their cookies and they have ice cream too! The man there was friendly and patient with our indecisive selves! We will definitely come back!

I think that last commentator may have had a bad batch. I think Cowboy Cookies are the tastiest cookies in Ca. I have had over 30 of their cookies in the past few months. hmm hmm hmm No worries about my health though I always bike ; )

Very disappointed. Got the cookie cup with a scoop of ice cream. The cookie was as hard as a rock and tasted like sawdust. The ice cream tasted okay, average, had a good consistency.

Website says open to 9:00pm... employee closed up at 8:20 and said he was closed for the night?!?! What? Go to a real ice cream shop like Doc Burnsteins

I like this place a lot. The cookies are tasty and they sell local ice cream that is really good (SLO Maid). The cookie sandwiches are to die for!
