Best banana split ever - bar none. Service was excellent and so was the atmosphere. I purposely went there to see if the other reviewer was angry with the fellow patrons or if the place was really bad. My hunch was accurate and she is a prime example of people who should not write reviews. It appears she had heart burn over other patrons and not the establishment. I wonder how much business this lady has lost due to her anger over something Scoop was not responsible for? In any case Scoop Ice Cream was super yummy and worth the 2 minute walk from the pier.

GREAT ICE CREAM! My family has been coming here since I was a child. The staff is friendly and enjoys chatting with the tourists. The only down size is space. The store resembles a hallway and there is not much space to enjoy your ice cream. This makes taking a large family difficult, especially if there are others there.

Good ice cream but they dont open on time. We waited patiently for 10 mins expecting them to open on time. 12:30 comes and goes and the place is still dark. Many people walked by hoping to get ice cream but it was wrongfully still closed. They lost a lot of buisness.

Its a cute, classic little shop! The smoothies are delicious! The inside area could use a little work, but if youre practical and care only about the icy treats, then it shouldnt be a big deal. Besides, its run by good people

Its dryers and crystal ice cream so ya thats what you get. I do recommend finding a doc bernsteins that ice cream is good. They serve doc bernsteins in Avila at the candy store
