Im not going to berate our server or staff as they were worthy of much higher marks. The single star is the culmination of multiple visits and a few hundred dollars spent. It started with the Campbell Californialocation where I ordered a long island iced tea. It was awful so I asked to have it remade as it was wrong. They returned with something better and I only ended up having 1 drink as opposed to 2 or 3. Second stop was in Anaheim California , essentially the same story except my server informed me that there wouldnt be any additional alcohol in the remade drink..... WTF im just try to get what I ordered, not an Outback variety. Once again the second drink was marginal so only one drink. Now Im here in the San Jose California ,the third location with Outback trying to rip off the customer. Perhaps Outback should quit using oversized glasses to save money instead of adding extra mix to the drinks making them taste like a sour patch kid candy. Anyway Im not eating at another Outback steakhouse until they fix the problem and apologize.

Quality of food declined. Victoria Filet used to be worth the $22 for a 6oz. and when you upgrade to an 8oz., 2 of the ounces are fat. The filet used to never have fat. Its a small cut, but it used to be worth the money. I will pay high price for a GOOD steak. Also the Coconut Shrimp are smaller, yes they give you 3 more but the taste isnt the same as a jumbo shrimp and they overcooked them. They used to be golden brown not dark brown and dry.

Just got back from dinner at Outback Steakhouse on Blossom Hill road and it was incredible!! Service was amazing and food was fantastic! Went there on a Friday night at 7:30 and had no wait at all! Our server was very accommodating bringing us more bread and drinks. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly! I would recommend going here!!

my family always take my mom there she love the ribs . she says they are the best , and that black bread they put on the table is so good my brother like to get 2 . all of your severs and hostess are so helpful and friendly. your restaurant has become my familys new favorite. keep up the good work, it shows

That place is in need of help thay need to train there staff alot better it was my secound time. With a bad experience at blossom hill location not even busy and there lost ask about happy hr thay did not know gave me the worng bill had to ask for water to be filled soup was cold it is really

Really gone downhill - used to be good but prices up, quality down and portions tiny! Terrible cocktails, over-cooked steaks (we ordered medium-rare and it turned up well-done). Very disappointing - trying to save money/cost by the looks of it!

I like Outback but this is the worst example I have ever experienced and should be avoided. The meat quality is far below that of the Outback near our home in Colorado. The service was adequate but the beer was cool at best. Avoid this place.

I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. The steak was tender and it was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes werent great, but the man n cheese was delicious! I also had two pina coladas that were amazing!!

Carl was an attentive and pleasant server. He provided an enjoyable lunch experience. The restaurant has made some changes since my last visit (Its been awhile) and I like them. Ill be back...asking to be in Carls section.

Been here twice, great food. Service is just alright... the 2 different times the male servers seemed like they just wanted my boyfriend and I out of there asap which isnt very relaxing. Steak is worth it though.

Not a great experience. Bad presentation, steak wasnt cooked the way I asked, and service was slow. Better go to the Cupertino Outback. The only upside is theyre open on Sunday.
