We went to this restaurant with high hopes. My wife spent many years in France and is quite the Francophile, especially when it comes to French food. I should start by saying the food was good but not great. My wife ordered the lamb which was served to her burnt on the outside and I dont just mean overcooked I mean burnt. This was a real shame because it seemed like a very nice cut of lamb and the balance of the dish was very well prepared. My Oso Bucco was well prepared, the meat was falling off the bone The service was friendly and attentive. The real difficulty with this place is the suffocatingly stuffy atmosphere. The restaurant is a dark box with no character, no ambiance, and no fresh air. It was dreary and stale and the bench seats were extremely uncomfortable, if it wasnt for the food I would honestly give this place 1 or 2 stars, it is depressing! For a restaurant that is entirely surrounded by other hip, upbeat, enjoyable restaurants, they have definitely decided to go the other way. We will NOT be going back.

Had a great experience a few nights ago. I had been wanting to try the mushroom ravioli for some time now, and was very excited to finally try them. Completely blew my mind. The pasta was perfectly prepared, the mushroom stuffing was well seasoned, and the sauce had a great balance of wild mushrooms. We also had the beef tartar, which was a perfect portion and a great price. The baguette we had to complement our meal was amazing, and apparently the dough is shipped in every couple days from France (would explain why it tasted so authentic). We had a couple glasses of wine, but the cocktail menu looked pretty interesting as well. Sat at the bar, but the entire space was very cosy and relatively small. Service we received from the bartender as well as the runners was great- friendly but not intrusive.

This is a small, classy eatery with excellent menu, great service and understated interior. While it would not be my first choice for dessert, all the main courses and starters were excellent and everyone left contented and happy with the experience. I can say that the highlights were the braised short ribs, the mussels and the French onion soup but the lamb shank and the tuna tartar were also excellent (see pictures). We really enjoyed the relaxed yet exquisite atmosphere and the upscale service. Wine list is well picked and the wine recommendation for our meal was impeccable. Lovely dinner that I would gladly repeat any time.

Incredible flavor development on classic dishes. Each dish offers a broad range of tastes per bite. Reasonable prices, and fantastic service. The dining atmosphere is relaxed and generally quiet enough to have a conversation over brunch. There is limited seating outside available too if youd like to bring your dog along! Our go-to for French cuisine.

Et voilà : perfect. The wine, the delicious branzino, the presentation thereof and ah ... the fromage & the fig bread - lovely. The space is gorgeous - très deco/modern. Check out the zinc bar & the hammered tin accents on the bar front - heaven! The maître d? Manager? Owner? was so charming and helpful - and so French!

This place can get busy so be sure to make reservations. I had the escargot and land dish, both of which were so tender and flavorful. My sister had the duck, which also had good flavor, but was a little on the dry side. All in all, great restaurant.

Wonderful French bistro that is very authentic. I agree with the last reviewer that it feels like youre in France. Cozy and dark inside, so its romantic as well. The steak frites was perhaps the best Ive ever had. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
