Manager on lunch shift is not very friendly, but then probably fresh out of high school. My order was not ready when I pulled up to the window and was asked to pull in front row wait. When asked why I just got told to pull forward. After waiting more then five minutes in front I finally decide to go inside, but then the gal from the window is bringing me my order. When I asked why my order wasnt ready when I pulled up to the window, she says cause the cripy was in the fryer. I asked that they inform the customer of this before they decide to order the food, and I get a dont care response of "okay". Then I can smell onion rings in my car only to find that they had put onion rings in order instead of regular fries. Now I am super frustrated. Go inside to talk to the manager and get a kids barely out of high school with the same dont care attitude. They fixed my order, but I will not be coming back to this location.

Burger King isnt the best in general, but this is one of the worst ones. Staff is very rude in the morning. I went in here and they told me they had run out of meat. And that they only had chicken or pulled pork. I asked her what happened and she said, "the machine is broken" Which sounds very weird. My Friend, Johnie K. likes to preach to the office that fast food is bad for you and spread his health gospel, but he oftens go to this Burger King for breakfast and brings it in the office. Im guessing that Johnie K. thinks this is healthy food.

The staff is unbelievably rude and petty. When they screw up your order dont be surprised when they get angry with you for it. I once ordered at cheese burger and when I got the receipt it was just a hamburger. When I told the staff they accused me of not ordering cheese and wanted to charge me $0.30 for the cheese if I still wanted cheese.

This place was the worse place that I have ever been to.The customer service was awful. The casher did not understand what I was saying, and when she finally realized what I had said, she slammed the cups down. All I wanted to know was how big the small cup looked like. The lady was so rude.

I normally love this burger king today I went through the drive through and had the most rude service. Having a person say huh when I was placing my order no smile and her tone was as if she did not give a dam. With all that my husband said thank you and she had no comment. So sad

I dont usually review food places, especially a fast food place. But this is the best BK location in this area. Not busy. Upgraded decor. Typical BK food quality. 5 stars for a BK rated against a BK scale. Staff was pleasant on our visit.
