Business has phones for a reason, TO BLOODY ANSWER IT. I called 7 times, and no one answered, and when i got tjere all Emily could say was "oh we are busy". Regardless, I wonder how many customers were denied services wheb their call was not attended. Finally, I ended up waiting almost half an hour to get my food, and also almost got late for work. Great food, bad customer service

After waiting 35 min cashier approach me to say they were out of curry my order was #150. I had notice after 15 that cashier was calling all other orders except for mine "151,152,154,155,156,156".Then wanted to charge me for similar plate. The food at l and l is always good. However this place does always have items missing. For best service and food, visit the ROSEVILLE LOCATION

This was by far the worst L&L I have ever been to. It wasnt the service the was lacking, it was the food that was a bad experience. I have never had chicken katsu that looked literally black. It was so burnt that when I took a bite the chicken piece made a crack noise. Never ever again will I be back. I Work too hard for my money to let it go to waste like that.

Worst L&L ever they never have anythinf on the menu i mean what kind of Hawaiian restaurant doesnt have spam musubi its like McDonalds with no burgers the soda machine is always broken it takes 30 min to get my food and btw the place is empty costumer service is very lacking but not bad i wouldnt go to this location anymore base on my repeated experience

Honest Review here. This is probably one of the best places to get L&L. They always seem to have something out of stock but most of the essential things you want to get are there. The customer service is probably the thing that keeps me coming here. The workers are really nice and they try to accommodate you to the best of their abilities.

Not great if it was another Hawaiian bbq place near by they would be out of business they are very slow and it seems like its ran by a bunch of kids no one over 30 works here so when there is a problem the manager barely has facial hair the food is not great for the price the macaroni taste the way it looks and the meat is so so.

First, i called in my order and they said it will be ready in 20 minutes. I got there my food is still not ready, still waited another 15 minutes. 2nd, I ordered bbq beef and they gave me 3 big piece of beef. Like isnt it supposed to be cut in pieces? And lastly, they only put 5 piece of cabbage! Worst L&L place I ever been to!

I do really enjoy the BBQ Mix which is about 9 dls. The main problem here is that ALWAYS the waiting time is huge. I spent 21 minutes waiting for my plate to come out. And there were around 3 or 4 people in the kitchen. But doesnt matter when u come here, the waiting is a challenge specially if u are hungry or short of time.

I ordered a few cheeseburgers. I was told they ran out of lettuce. Ok. Cool. They waited 15 minutes to tell me they ran out of buns. Do I get my money back? Nope. I want the largest of all large meals for a substitution. Im going to Mongolian bbq on Truxel next time. This happens everytime I come here. Bad management.

It was OK, but could be better. Heres why....1)ran out of all seafood items when I was there, poor planning for a restaurant. 2) rice and macaroni salad put into the same box so consequently the hot and cold all became one temperature. Macaroni salad should of put into a separate container.

They have the worst customer service, i wanted chicken instead of bbq ribs and they couldnt change my order because of the price difference. the oldest guy was so rude. i love l &l but i wont ever return there. if your in the area go to wendys or subway. much better,

Maybe it was my fault for ordering the burger that only cost $2 but I could have gotten 2 burgers at almost any fast food place and it would have been better. I also wouldnt have had to wait 15 minutes. I will not be going back here. I cant think of any positives.

Portion was significantly smaller than the L&L in Elk Grove. Also about 1/3 of my portion of beef was hard unchewable cartilage. Teriyaki sauce they offer is clearly watered down to save money. For $10 I expect alot better than this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS L&L

Im a huge fan of L&L, but this place was not good at all. I ordered the BBQ Mix and the meat had no flavor, the teriyaki sauce was very watery. If you want you want Great Hawaiian BBQ go to the L&L in Roseville, is worth the drive!

You have to know what you are looking for when you want to eat Hawaiian food. That being said, it is really great Hawaiian food. Try the spam masubi with the sauce or the shredded pork. My favorite is the Lau Lau!

Most of the one this place is awesome. A couple of times lately, though, they have been out of beef and saimin. Hopefully they have that sorted out. My wife and I love their food and the service is great!

Good place to find fried fish, short ribs, teriyaki chicken and beef... fast and inexpensive... simple menu options.. most meals come with a side of rice and a side of macaroni salad...

Dont spend your $ here. Small portions service sucks. Place is out dated. I recommend to take the drive to the West Sacramento L&L HAWAIIAN. Big portions and great food and service....
