This is the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive through but it might have been faster just to go inside. It took probably 15 minutes. First of all I had to give my order twice.....then when I gave it again after saying each item there was like a 2 minute pause. There was no "ok, one sec" or anything appearing on the screen, just silence which might have gone on longer had I not said, "hello, are you there?." Finally when I paid I was given my receipt which wasnt even mine, and was torn in the middle. I got my food and got no napkins or the ranch which I asked for and was on the ordering screen. The food which is fast food so its obviously isnt going to be amazing was awful. The chicken was dry and very rubbery it tasted like it was in a microwave. Never going there again and will tell my friends to avoid this place.

Those of you leaving bad reviews:stop complaining about your burger and fast food workers attitudes, they have to deal with people who yell and complain at them because there is too much mustard on their burger; if you want 5star service, and burgers fresh off the grill, then go to a restaurant where burgers are not on a dollar menu, and where servers get tipped to deal with attitude. Otherwise be happy you have food, wipe that extra mustard off ya burger, and go do something to benefit humanityor something.

I just would like to see the Burger King in Lincoln, CA get a real grill in their restaurant. I ordered a hamburger and they microwaved the meat patty. I then noticed that they did not have a grill to fix food fresh. Any Burger King I have been to you can smell the burgers cooking but not at the Burger King in Lincoln, CA. Will not go there anymore until they can cook food fresh, just like any other Burger King in the US.

Bad service. Had to pull over and wait 15 minutes for my order, which was incorrect. The guy working there acted rude when I first placed my order, and copped an attitude when I told him I was shorted a burger. Poor service, rude employees. The McDonalds down the street is much better, dont give this place business.

This place SUCKS!! Horrible customer service! 23 minute wait for one cheeseburger & 1 chicken sandwich! Im pretty sure they forgot about me and our order after they asked us to park and wait "a few minutes". Had to go inside and ask for our order, then continued to wait! If i could give it zero stars I would!

I use to work at BK back in the day, so I know what a good Whopper should taste like, and let me tell you, they serve a good Whopper, especially when the Whopper patty is fresh of the broiler. Food is good, service is fairly quick, but fast food everywhere just keeps getting more expensive by the day.

Horrible. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order while they were in the back room doing absolutely nothing. My food was grabbed from the warming area, god knows how long it was sitting there, not fresh at all. Poor attitude from reps. Not recommended.
