Any place that will alter there menu to make me happy wins. They do. I dig the decor I love that there deep fried chicken is in actual pieces, not huge chunks. They are always nice and personable when I go in. Great price and the fried rice well it tastes like actual fried rice. If you go in with the attitude that you know more about Chinese food than they do you will be let down because lets face it you dont. You only think you do and your most likely wrong. Its like thinking the Mexican food you get in California resembles actual Mexican fare in Mexico. Just saying

I love this place. Im really surprised to hear about some of the reviews, which are really bad. I love this place because my boyfriend and I can get Prawn Chow Mein and Hot and Sour Soup for like $14, and go home with leftovers. I love the decor, because its horribly tacky. They also have more vegetarian selections than im used to seeing at Chinese restaurants. This place warms my heart. (But the bathroom is terrible - low-flow and it takes like 15 minutes to fill the tank again).

The food was ok, nothing special at all. I thought it was odd that during their "dinner rush" on saturday there was not a single soul inside the restaurant. I felt very uncomfortable in there. The service was less than helpful too, and forgot part of my order. I wont be going back.

I ordered rice porridge [a.k.a. congee or jook] and they gave me sizzling rice soup instead. I was going to fight them on it, but there was no one, literally no one in the restaurant at 8 PM! I took pity and paid the $8 for the mediocre soup.

The first time I went was not awesome. Some of their food is really good. Hit and miss. The people are really nice. Not usually too busy.
