3/11/2017 Time: 1930 Food is delicious, as usual. The experience was soured, today, by the wait staff. Went inside and placed my name on the list for a 15 minute wait. Went to the bathroom after that for about 4 minutes max. After 15 minutes passed, saw a party of 5, same number as my party, come in and get escorted to a table with no wait. I asked about my party. Turns out they called my name, but nobody responded. Apparently 15 minutes is defined as 4 minutes since they skipped me when I was in the bathroom. Started off well with Sarah; server for our area was on break. Once she left, things took a turn for the worst. Our appetizer, artichoke dip, took 20 minutes to reach our table. We had a newborn baby on the aisle on sling. Two of the servers bumped into newborn. Our server would constantly reach over newborn to take plates/cups and check. Relief server who brought over refills would not acknowledge us verbally. We live in Moreno Valley. This is the closest Islands around. This is, by far, the most memorable moment weve come across, and not in a good way. Maybe these actions fly at this certain establishment, but as a consumer of this chain for 15 years, this is quite disappointing.

I really love going to this Island. I had a little bit of a bad service at first. The lady came out and just place our plates on the table really bad and said if you want anything else let me know and walks away really fast before we could say anything. The waitress Colleen gave us the best customer service ever. The main manager Alicia came out and talked with us saying she is going to address the issue. Really nice customer service and I will be coming back just for the great customer service they had. Thank you guys for the great food and looking to see them again. You guys make my husbands first experience amazing for the customer service. Thank you so much. :)

This is an amazing restaurant. My wife and I have been going here for many years. Their menu doesnt change much which is good considering that we havent changed our order in about 8 years. The food is incredibly delicious...but that is dependent upon what you order. I always get the California Flyer with no mayo or BBQ sauce, but with added bacon. Try it, youll love it! The service has been perpetually consistent. There was only one time we went in and had a sub par experience....however their manager helped rectify that. So all in all...a great place for family to converse.

The food is consistently good. I enjoyed their Mavericks burger. My husband had Nalu Nalu burger and fries. Both were very tasty and the fries were hot and fresh. We both also had a garden salad which was very typical-lettuce, tomato, cucumber and croutons. All in all, the service and variety is about you would expect from a chain restaurant, good, consistent, but not necessarily amazing or unique in any way

First off we love islands . The food is always delious . The reason for my rating is because recently we dont get our order when promised . Espcially when i get there and im told its almost ready... and literally got it 30 min later. (this happened twice Already). This time it was just an extra 15 min. They need get it together or tell me it will be an hour not 15-20 min.

This place is hit or miss, I like a good lettuce wrapped burger. They do that well. Next time I will request my Burger well done, because outr last visit our burgers were dripping like I ordered it med rare... that was a first though. I like their lager beer and the thousand island dressing keeps me coming back to be honest. Its really special.

Nice place. Very clean. Good selection of burgers with different toppings. Burgers cooled as little as medium if you want, but dont have much meat flavor or seasoning. Wheat bun was very good. Fries were below average, had a strong taste of old cooking oil. Prices were reasonable. Service was very fast.

We had a group of 40 for a wedding rehearsal dinner here and I cant say enough about this place. The food was delicious and the service was amazing for a group our size. Great place to bring your kids for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is a little loud, but its easier for parents to enjoy a meal wothout worrying about their kids being too loud. Ive never had any food complaints here. The wait staff is always very friendly. The management is also kind and professional.

I came to this location and ordered a chicken wrap. The chicken in that wrap was very hard and chewy and when I told the server management came out and brought me a fresh wrap, gave me some fries to snack on, free dessert, and they compensated my meal. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Will definitely come back

Food wasnt good at all. The burger meat had no flavor and the fries were unedible due to hardness. My wife and I didnt even finish our meal it was so bad. The only good thing was service and cleanliness.

Good burgers and more fries than you can eat ! Menu is very affordable. Nice place for lunch, dinner, or casual date. Great fast and friendly service. Multiple TVs to watch sporting events. Full bar.
