This restaurant serves good buffet, delicious food, and it is a clean restaurant, but the place is a little bit small. I had only one problem that I couldnt stop eating because the foods were delicious, especially chicken kabob with bread and fried tomatoes. I tried them for three times. The buffet price is low ($6.99). Because the price I decide to go there two times per week, but I changed my mind to one time per week because I got fat!! Thank you Behnam Restaurant for delicious food, not for getting fat.

The owner/guy can scam you on catering. I got a stew package for a party of 5 people, Paid $35. I should have checked the food before taking it home, the stew had very little meat, but he wrapped everything in containers tightly at the store and I took his word. Other places charge more but you get what you pay for. Typical persian business shyster. Food wasnt that great either, nor fresh.

Have come here a few times not as often as I would like to a bit far for me. New ownership has turned the food around. Chicken, beef, potato, and soup was delicious. They are polite respectful. Refill food as needed to keep plates fresh. Everything is wonderful there. Go try it small table seating now that they put the new eating areas in. But worth every penny.

I was just driving by and thought I could stop by and grab a quick lunch..... The food (lunch buffet) tasted awesome the prices were excellent unpretentious environment makes you feel comfortable I would highly recommend even if your not hungry stop by and check out the buffet a great sampling as appetizer or lunch. If you are in the area you must stop by!!!

The food is awesome and the staff is always so friendly. Both lunch and dinner options for the buffet at pretty good prices. They always make sure to put out more food if theyre running low and they see a new customer come in (unlike some other places that like to try and put out as little food as possible). Highly recommended, I plan to come back often.

My wife and I were looking for Italian restaurant, we didnt know they closed and Behnam replced it. We gave them a try tonight. The dinner buffet was $9.99 which i believe it very cheap for that food. Im glad we tried it, it was delicious.

The price is excellent, and you get what you pay for. The chicken is excellent (I seldom give excellent) both beef and chicken kobideh needs a bit improvement. All in all a good experience abdolhossain I left with full belly :)

Really good Persian buffet. Good beef and chicken koobideh and some amazing chicken kebab. The hummus is top notch and the grilled tomatoes rock. I wish they had grilled Anaheim peppers, but everything else is fine.
