this place suck!!!! this comment should be good enough to describe this restaurant. this dirty place serve lobster that were weeks old. when i broken it in halve, the lobster meat were black. black!!!! i told our waiter about it and all he did was looked at it weird and took it away, not taking the initiative to inspect the lobster that were serve in the steam table. the waitress that gave me the check did the math wrong. to avoid being over charged, i had to go educate her how to calculated right. i would love to use more foul language to describe their poor service and the left over food they kept serving daily. this place is a dump and i say it with passion.

Service is terrible, there was a lady who served me and my friend "dropping a soda" she never tried to refill our cups, no smile or even attention if we need something, she dropped the check and she keeps checking "on the payment" three times in one minute. after i paid she didnt say anything or even smile just dropping a check on rude way and leave, i was like maybe it was something wrong or its one of thoes days. the next visit it was the same lady again with a bad attitude and even worse then last time. I left the place unhappy with that kind of service ... I will never go back :(

pros: water....Mongolian... Clean dishes? Cons: service, food quality, cleanliness. The food quality was so poor I would be embarrassed to bring any one there for a meal. Chances of myself, wife & friend going back... 0. Wasted 15$ on one plate of food. I dislike throwing food away but I couldnt eat It. If your looking to sit down and enjoy your meal and walk out satisfied this is not the place. Best part about going was getting home to wash the taste out of my mouth.

I always come here thinking their food will improve and I always end up disappointed. The last time I was there, an employee was going around the food with his cleaning rag. He was turning the food over and a piece fell out of the tray and he grabbed it and just threw it back in. I told the lady up at the front and she had a talk with him. After that he kept walking by me with a smile saying "food good. Food good". Havent been back since.

Worst customer service I spoke to the "manager" so I can check the cameras since I lost my wallet there and he said that the person that attended us that day wasnt there yet 10 sec later comes up and says hi. Then he lied saying the cameras were working out to one certain angle and then he said they were not working at all and he would always try to answer quick and avoid me. Shady place !!

Omg this is probably the worst new Ive had. I can honestly say that the o let thing I liked was the water. I couldnt finish a plate I honestly do not recommend this place. They charged 15$ a person because its the weekend and also taxes! This place is ridiculous and nasty. Honestly people dont even risk it who gave it more than a 1star you are too nice. I officially give them a -5star .

Just run away from here, Burger King, Carls Jr, McDonalds anything there is much better than the cold food in here, Sanity should really inspect the food, it felt as if the food stood there for hours on the buffet Waiting for people to grab it and get sick of it. Food was hard as rock! It felt as food was reheated 5 times till I grab it and left it at the table.

My fiance and I wanted to try a new Chinese buffet since the one we really liked closed down. The selection of food was ok. Some of the dishes looked the same and the sushi looked a bit sketchy, but what do you expect from a buffet. Overall if youre looking to fill your belly up for a low price stop on by, if not you can always go to the chillys next door.

The customer service is great. I came 10 minutes late to the $8.99 lunch, and the kind lady at the front let me and my family eat for the lunch price. The food is good, tasty. The decor could be better, and it would be nice if you could change the tv channel. All-in-all , the workers are kind and understanding! :)

This place sucks really bad. I dont mind paying for good food, but this food was horrible and dry. Tables are sticky, carpet is dirty and the service they provide is horrible. Will never come here again. I should of read the reviews before coming here, will not recommend.

New to the area! A Client recommended this buffet and I have to say I totally agree. Everything I tried tasted yummy and as my friend said even the soda was good :) The 4 stars is just because I will like to see more customer service and happy faces from staff :) :)

It was very dirty and unkept. The food was always luke warm and the service was very slow in cleaning and handling requests. Theres no changes inside over the last decade, so its definitely behind the times when other new eateries are popping up.

A for ass. I have no clue how they even received their grade. If you want cold food, get Chinese food from the corner, then leave it in the fridge for the next day, and then take it out- thats the exact experience, youll have here.

Got food poisoning after eating here. I was skeptical of this place because it seemed so trashy, but it had an "A" rating in the window. Stomach is still upset a day later...really should have trusted my gut.

Meh... Feels like theyre charging too much for mediocre food and service, at least with their weekend price of $14.99... There are much better places to eat, even if you pay a couple of dollars more.

Cheap Chinese buffet means food thatll fill you at a relatively low price. You dont go there for taste or food experience, so dont expect it.
