Brazilian BBQ has this rep of being a fancy place to dine but of course for a pretty penny. It is bottomless steak afterall. Samba has friendly service and a nice oceanfront. The interior may feel a bit dated between both the bar room and the dining room. Some of the contemporary art scattered between here and there helped a bit, but the ambiance was mostly the same. There are 2 major areas to the dining room: one that overlooks a parking lot and one over the water. Its a no-brainer on where most people would prefer to sit. Most of the tables here were prepped for larger groups of 8-10+. My favorite part of the restaurant would probably be the window to the kitchen. Definitely check that out before you head out. -=-Cheese Bread-=- They just could not keep these in stock at the buffet. As one of the more popular items on the menu, the cheese bread delivers as being soft and cheesy. The best time to get these would be fresh out of the oven, which might be the only time to get them since one blink and theyll all probably be gone. -=-The Meats-=- The guys walking around with the swords were the best, most notably Conrad, who made sure that we got our desired cuts and fast. Our main server would disappear for most of the night, but we knew that Conrad would make sure that we filled our tummies. The House Special wins in both flavor and temperature. It would be one of the more fattier cuts, but with a good medium rare, all the bites would make any meat eater happy. Other places call this the pichana cut. 2nd place goes to the garlic tri-tip for being the most seasoned and garlicky tasty. Just be careful not to get an overseared cut, since it will not be fun to chew. New York cut was a bit dry for my taste as a result of probably being overcooked. Same subpar thoughts goes to chicken and pork cuts. A pleasant surprise was the bacon wrapped turkey. Overall, the meat quality on the House Special would be the best of the bunch with most others falling below average. Stick with the best and youll be happy.

A friend from Philly recommended this Brazilian steakhouse, knowing I was going to be in town for a few days. Soz I roll up in my red Mustang rental and park in the front. I had initial reservations about going in, because there was available parking spaces in the front, but Im kind of committed. Shortly after entering, a vision of loveliness appeared at the hostess station. Her name was Linda, and she was F-Y-N-E (see picture) and she escorted me to my table. Vanessa showed up after I had a chance to review the menu to answer any questions and take my order. It must have been good looking women night at Samba, because Vanessa was cute. Enough about the staff. Well, one more thing. I noticed the staff worked very efficiently, helping one another out. This was a team who was no stranger to teamwork. Thats why I was a little puzzled when I found out that this was only Vanessas third day on the job. Now about the food. The absolute best meat entrée was the bacon wrapped turkey, followed by the pork ribs and the Brazilian steak. I must have sampled succulent cuts of steak, chicken and lamb for a half an hour. Im probably going to regret doing that, since Ive been on a mostly vegetarian diet for about three months now. Can anyone say: "Binded Up!" While waiting for some of the protein to digest, I looked around the dining area. I almost teared-up while watching a dad console his young daughter after she banged her head on the table. Hold her while you can, dad. Before you know it, shell be grown up, and wont want your consolation. After drinking 5 large iced teas, I busted a move for the mens room. Let me tell you. The hot water spigot has real hot water. Like burning hot. Be careful. As I exited, Linda asked if I wanted her to validate my parking. I had completely forgot to bring my ticket in, so I ran out and retrieved it. She saved me $2.50 Thanks Linda!!! I was able to buy 1/2 a Newcastle with my savings.

I went here for a birthday dinner for myself and my friend. We were four hungry guys ready to eat all the meat we could. We came on a Tuesday and it wasnt too busy but the majority of the tables were filled. The restaurant is very nice and has a very nice view overlooking the water. We started out with the salad bar which was okay. There were a few items Ive never tried but the majority I didnt care for too much, it seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. The waitress brought us some garlic bread with very yummy dipping sauce. It seems like they try to fill you up on all the sides and bread so you dont eat too much meat. But we werent fooled, we knew better! At first the "meat men" came by the tables very slowly. Wed have to wait about 5-10 minutes between meet servings. There were only about 2-3 meat men out on the floor at a time. But when they did come it was delicious! All of the meat was cooked very well and very flavorful. My favorites were the pepper steak, sausage, and chicken legs. The less crowded the place got the more we saw the meat man. We also ordered the traditional Sangria which was more ice than drink but was still very good. This was my first Brazilian BBQ experience and it was a pretty good one.

Espeto corrido?....Nao serviam rapido, garçons passam pelas mesas sem te servirem.... Carne dura... pessima qualidade! Para estarem num lugar Top de L.A - Redondo Beach deveriam ter excelente qualidade! Buffet de saladas sem muitas variaçoes. Precisam melhorar muuuuuito para receberem uma otima avaliaçao!!!!!

Food and staff were great. Our family enjoyed Tylers service waiting our table. However only giving this 3 stars because, they have a random person taking pictures of you while youre eating, she prints it out and puts it in a standard frame and shows it to you while your eating and expects you to pay for it right away. We told her to come back, which she did, and immediately looked for us to pay her. I appreciate the type of "incentive", but her timing with ridiculous. We paid her, and she just turned around quickly and left without saying thank you. And she had to no smile or wasnt enthusiastic at all. If anything remove this type of service or have customers review the pictures at the end of the meal or notify the the customers that the pictures were printed and should we wish to purchase it, that itll be out near the reception area for viewing and available for purchase. This will put less pressure and will let the customers have a better time during the meal.

I came on a company party, so I cant comment on a more individual experience. After being seated, we were invited to the salad bar. Theres a small variety of light foods available while the main course is cooking; salad(of course) beans, vegetables, iced seafood, salami, and rice among other light foods. Its the meat you really come for. The meat keeps flowing as long as you want it to, and you can revist previous dishes that you enjoyed. The menu on the night we went included linguisa, brazilian barbecue beef, top sirloin, tritip, bacon-wrapped turkey, barbecued chicken, lamb, and pineapple roasted in rum and brown sugar. All of it was juicy yet well cooked. Even my wife who wont eat meat from the bone enjoyed a number of the dishes. My personal favorite of the night, surprisingly enough, was the roasted pineapple. Give the place a try, you definitely wont leave hungry. Ill be going back again in the near future.
