I visited this location for dinner with my husband it was 4:30 and they were out of almost everything we waited 15 minutes for them to fill it then it took another 15 minutes for them to help us. There was a very long line inside and one of their employees who was working in the drive thru decided it was ok to help her friend that walked in even though she was at the end of the line with at least 7 people in front of them. She went out into the dining room and took their order then rang it up in the drive thru also gave them a discount on their food, she then proceeded to make their food instead of helping the customers that had been waiting over 15 minutes there already. I brought this problem to the cashiers attention and was treated so rudely by the cashier she informed me " i cant control my coworkers" with total attitude i wanted to slap her. the situation never got addressed then as i paid she tossed the spring rolls i purchased at me and walked away. I did not get the fortune cookies or soda i paid for i was so pissed i left. This is defiantly not the location you want to go to if you are hungry they are rude and take forever.

I have grown up on Panda, and love their food. I made the mistake of ordering from the drive thru at dinner time. My two entree plate of orange chicken and broccoli beef turned out to be broccoli and rice. I got skimped on the Orange chicken and the broccoli beef was about 10-12 pieces of broccoli and 2 baby pieces of beef. I drove home and called as soon as I opened the package. I told the manager on duty, "Nellie", what happened and that I had already thrown away the receipt and I was told to "go dig through the trash". Awesome customer service. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! For a fifteen minute drive it isnt worth digging through my trash and returning. But I can assure you, that I will not be returning, EVER. I only posted this because of her lack of respect and customer service on the phone. You have been warned.

Not impressed at all. Another Panda Express that tries to Pawn off old food as much as they can for as long as they can. Make sure and request freshly cooked food. I thought I might give this Panda Express another try but when I went in you could tell that the old food was being mixed in with the good food and the lady just in front of me ordered something cooked fresh and instead of taking the fresh food and putting it on her plate and then mixing it in with the old food he poured it in with all the old food started around and the server gave her helping out of the mixed old and good food.

Panda is one of my top favorite Chinese food places. Even though it is fast food, I still really like it. Service isnt outstanding of course, and thats not what brings me back. Its the tasty food I go back for. If you go around 8:30pm to 9:30pm, expect a lot of the pans to be empty. At least everytime Ive gone around that time they seem to be trying to clean up early. The plus side to that is you can ask them to make you a fresh dish!

Always run out of food main manager is not nice when you mention it unless youre a young cute woman ...most the time all the employees are not pleasant except one young man named Joe Im not sure if he is a manager or not but if he isnt he should be. The diamond in the ruff at this place with the smile you get if he is the when you go in

The server Garrett makes the experience so fabulous! After his friendly greeting I wanted to wait for a couple fresh entrees. He politely offered me a cup of water. As I waited I watched him happily greet and serve multiple guests. Its rare these days to see a young person this cheerful, efficient and polite. Kudos to you Garrett!

I like Panda but something about the chow mein was off . The noodles were very dry and like top ramen and the rice was off as well. Not cooked all the way. It was crunchy. This location does no justice for the franchise.

Food is fine, 1 star because we walked in early, 11AM... every table outside and in, even the counter you order from, was dirty, greasy, disgusting. No one likes to eat with everything around them in a gross state.

Maybe it was the wrong time if day. The food was not at all hot and the sauces were gelatinous. I wasnt expecting fine dining, but it was below even my low expectations. I might try it again closer to peak hours.

Amazing and kind people. We called Panda Express before it opened and they allowed us to order and the Manager Jeremey was very kind and offered us everything we needed and more. Very relaxing and amazing. 10:10

The staff were very nice and made me laugh! The food was tasty as well. I enjoyed the spicy chicken breast and beef with broccoli. The inside was also clean and the shades were down to keep out the hot day!

Food fresh out of frozen freezer bag. They dont even try to hide. The girl that cashiers also serves the food with out washing hands or wearing gloves! Chipotle totally came to mind. Never again...

Its convenient that they have a drive thru here. Just check your order before you drive off because 4 out of 5 times they forget to give you something.
