Ill never eat at olive garden again, nor will i recommended trying it. The soup was decent, because i went with the clam chowder. the salad was pretty delisious, then the bread sticks came. Pizza huts bread sticks are better then their dry tough bread, and thats not saying much. I chose one of the pasta dishes that looked okay, and taste even worse. Never have i paid over $5 for a dish that truthfully taste similar to a tv dinner. Theres a possibility it came straight from the microwave. Also, the chairs are made for elderly, they have annoying wheels and crap interior. To be brief, the waitress didnt care much for i and my girlfriends existance. Pro: salad Cons: interior, furniture, service, overpriced food. I would rather go to black bear dinner anyday. Hell even dennys has better quality.

There was a thirty five minute wait. We thought it would be good with all the people we see waiting to eat there every night so decided to try it. The service was the worst we have ever had at a pricey restaurant. As soon as we sat down the waitress was on us to order. She brought the appetizer, a minute later the soup and salad, a minute later the main course. Our table was full of food before we could eat a bread stick. We didnt see her again until the bill came. Not even a refill on our drinks. The soup was good. The salad had very little if no dressing on it (like eating plain lettuce.. there was no waitress to ask for more) and the main course was awful. I felt like they herded us in like animals and couldnt wait for the table for the next customer. We will "NEVER" go back.

I read a description of what I wanted on the menu. It was a new item. The menu was printed in such a way that the picture of another dish appeared to be the dish described. I ate it but told my wife that I would never order that dish again. When I received the bill I found that I was being charged five dollars more than expected. When I told the waitress, she immediately called her supervisor. That is when I found out the description did not go with the picture. I told him the menu was badly put together. I paid the higher price, but it was my first unhappy experience with Olive Garden. Then I wondered if the menu was designed to mislead. If so, shame on you, Olive Garden.

Unfriendly, unorganized staff. The front desk/hostesses were very unwelcoming & seemed confused or disgruntled right as I walked inside. I could sense/see/hear the hostility between staff members after being seated, which made this place an uncomfortable environment for dining, to say the least. Our server, Grace, was the only smiling face among the staff & tried her best to adequately meet our needs, despite the obvious friction going on between co-workers. Food was good, so I may consider this as an option for take out, but I will never recommend eating here.

It was horrible, there was food on my butter knife because it wasnt washed right, the server didnt ask what dressing I wanted on my salad he just picked one for me, the soda was flat and had very little ice so it wasnt that cold and it took 15 minutes to get bread sticks. Also the calamari wasnt good at all, it looked nothing like the picture they displayed on the menu, the only thing that made it taste good was the tartar sauce. It must have new owners or something cause its nothing how I remember it was 3 years ago. My husband and I are very dissapointed.

Very disappointed. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. They were out of 2 or 3 kinds of pasta, I sent back the first dish and didnt like the second dish I tried, both I had to have a different kind of pasta for. And both looked and tasted fresh outta the microwave. But of course salad and breadsticks were delicious, so that was all I ate. I hope all olive gardens havent gone downhill this bad

Food was good. Gave only 2 stars due to to-go service. Ordered 4 plates. 2 were warm. 2 were cold and needed to be warmed in a microwave. Had there been info, when ordering online, that items would be served cold and you have to warm them yourself, i would not have ordered those items. I do not have a microwave. Kinda defeated the purpose of ordering to-go.

After sitting us, they actually forgot about us for about 15 minutes. I got up and approached a someone and asked him if we could get a little service. He was surprised no one waited on us all this time. Then after this situation, they were all over us with kind fine help. That made up for everything........We enjoyed ourselves and dinner.

Outstanding service from server Lupe and manager appetizers soup and salad and deserts were yummy.. My steak tho was not..i guess dont order steak from pasta restaurant is lesson for today..and i agree the prices are a little steep for chain restaurant..but everything else made up for it and will definitely return

Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite chain restaurants, but you can tell they are cutting corners on quality to save money. They finally give you more than two breadsticks at a time, but they dont taste as fresh as they used to. Overall, still a decent place to eat, just not as good as it used to be.

The food is very good. Especially for a chain restaurant. And the prices are quite reasonable. Good value for your money. Sometimes there is a long wait, but usually you get seated right away. Not the place to go for a "fine dining" experience, but definitely a great place for a casual lunch or dinner.

Terrible. Took 30 minutes for our dinner to arrive and this was early at 5 pm dinner rush had not set in so they were not busy. My $20 stuffed chicken dinner was over cooked and my husband had to ask for a drink refill. Our waitress was kind but young and not attentive to her tables.

You would think that this location would have made there restaurant bigger. But they havent. The worst days to go there is valentines day. We waited 4 hours and still didnt get a table after that because they closed. So next time we know to not go there for valentines day.

The food was amazing as always!! But our waitress was slow to meet our needs and it wasnt that busy...but the worst was during the middle of our meal there was a cockroach crawling along side the wall next to our both needless to say we lost our appetites.....

The server and service was great. Food was good, nothing amazing but just good for the price. I got the tour of Italy lasagna classico. Good for $12.99. Best service Ive ever received eating there. Very clean. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving.

Clean restraunt , friendly staff, expensive for a chain restraunt. $78.00 dinner bill for 3 adults, we didnt order any alcohol drinks. 2 soda 1 water. It is good food but i think its a chain restraunt trying to masquerade as a upscale dinning experience.

If I rated this place every time I tried it, Id never run out of good things to say! Even though it is "fast food," it tastes so much fresher and healthier than any other type of similar fare. I love that it is reasonably priced and worth every penny.
