The food is great. The service, is not. Ive never been treated so rudely. The girl at the front didnt even look at us as she took our order. Never said thank you never greeted us when we came up to the desk. The only thing she said to us was "For here or to go?". I didnt catch her name, she had long curly brown hair and should not be working in customer service. We loved the breakfast we got but will never come back because we are so appalled by how we were treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless maybe that girl wasnt working, because it seemed like the other employees were in a better mood. Our food was great tho.

The employees working here are extremely friendly and the food is always consistent. I enjoy listening to the Broadway Music they have playing in the back round and Ive only had a problem once with one of my orders but when I told them they made me a new one :).

New York Bagel with lox needs extra...then it can be yummy. Service can range from meh to great. Young staff can be abrupt. Bagels are quite good...day old are a good deal. Closes at 3PM. Other location cooks the bagels. A cost effective snack in the area.

Drive thru or walk-in: My orders have been right an average only 60% of the time. Order two bagels, sliced, get one bagel with cream cheese. Order a whole wheat sesame, get an everything bagel. Best when the staff is not distracted. Huge, very good bagels!
